It's always a pleasure brinjng my vehicle in here for service. The staff are professional as well as knowledgeable on all types of issues and vehicles. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Towed vehicle to garage on Saturday evening. I thought this location would be open on Sunday. I had to wait till Monday. Luckily, I was on vacation that week. Jack called me at 8am Monday. He explained how he would have to do a diagnostic test to access the situation. He gave me the quote for that service then called me back with the results. Jack explained what would be needed to remedy the issue. I gave Jack the ok. He quotes me price before the repair. A shocker but what else can you do? He stated that its warranty is 5 years. Wow! When job was complete, Jack calls to ask me if I need a ride to the garage. Yes! He arranges for a Lyft to pick me up. Great!

I can't quite recall how I discovered this place, but I'll never consider another auto repair company again. As a young woman, I've often been taken advantage of by auto repair shops eager to profit by adding unnecessary work WITHOUT my consent and charging excessive amounts for "labor". Imagine my surprise when I found a company that not only completed the requested job, but also discussed with me other possible issues and payment options BEFORE proceeding. In my experience, they've been refreshingly honest, efficient, and fair. I won't hesitate to return. A special thanks to David at the front desk (If I recall his name correctly); he was honest, caring, and even funny. In a field where good customer service, quality work, and fair pricing are NOT priorities, it's truly refreshing to find these attributes as TOP priorities at Service Street Auto Repair.

Best Auto Repair Shop in the city!! I came in because World Toyota changed my oil and didn’t tighten the oil pan/gasket and my car was leaking oil. I came in and Ara the Service Manager and Ben the Tech quickly diagnosed my car and fixed it for free! They literally saved me from a coaster because my engine could have locked up due to a mistake by World Toyota. I highly recommend this shop! They also have great deals on oil changes.

Great manager and customer service!

I did not have an appointment and yet found a way to service my car right then without inconveniencing others or myself. Service tech also noticed minor issue with my battery which was promptly brought to my attention and giving me opportunity to address it then as well. Friendly, curteous, and expedient service as always.

10/10 Recommend. Fantastic quick service and attention to detail. My wife needed a new car and we ultimately came here for two different pre-purchase inspections. Dave was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He did a great job making sure we fully understood the condition of the cars.

Found your people are accepting, honest and personable. The integrity is the biggest incentive for me to recommend.

David was wonderful!—I am a regular customer but didn’t make an appointment—I just showed up about 8:30 a.m.—David fit me into the schedule right away for an oil change and new brakes—service was excellent as were the staff—I had an Uber ride home and back within two hours when work was finished—I highly recommend Service Street—personal touch as well as professional excellence!
