Excellent customer service, Nick was great at explaining what issues my car was dealing with, and what needed to be done to get it fixed. When I asked about finding parts that were cheaper than the parts supplied by the dealership, he was more than willing to help and fully explained the differences in warranty due to this move. The work was done quickly same day and I couldn't have asked for an easier experience!

I’ve used this place for periodic services three times and new plugs once. Each time they’ve been friendly, professional, and all is done when promised. The facility is always very clean.

My whole family uses Service Street. They are prompt, friendly, thorough and honest. I don't have to worry about getting taken advantage of or overpaying. Wait time is moderate (avg 30 min) but reasonable. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Kyle was very helpful with getting my two vehicles put through Emissions in under 30 minutes. He worked precisely and was very lovely to speak to through the process. He was excellent at getting me the details to my check and put our new vehicle into the system for easy access next time I come around which thanks to good service will be as often as possible.

I’ve never had better service. My car had several major problems all the the span of a few weeks. Nick took care of me for every issue and made sure I was able to get everything taken care of. My oil change was quick and I got a free tire rotation too. Staff is nice and professional. I asked them to look at my brakes and they said the brake pads look almost new. I so appreciate their honesty.

The staff is very friendly. I love the fact that if you live nearby they will shuttle you home and back to your car. Also they have an amazing deal on their oil changes. Definitely worth going here every time!

Replaced tail lights quick and easy

I needed an emissions inspection. I asked them to please wear a mask when they get in my car and they were wonderful and understanding and made me feel safe.

Kyle took my sons older car in same day it broke down and was towed by AAA there. Nick the mechanic very knowledgeable w diagnosis and work needed. Got a text when parts were ordered. Car Repaired in 5 hours with OEM parts at a fair price. Will definitely use this professionally driven team again!

Kyle was wonderful! I took my daughter’s Jeep in for oil change and he discovered the rear brake pads were worn to the metal. He explained everything to me and showed me the issue while it was on the lift so I could see for myself. And then he was able to get it fixed quickly, keeping me appraised of the progress. This is my second time to come here and I’ll keep coming!

We came today for an oil change and Kyle halped us out. He recommended other maintenance and he was not pushy at all. Kyle delivered an Excellent Customer Service! Kyle was very pleasant professional and he cares about his customers!! Also the area is very clean and they provided sanitizers and wipes.
