Everything was good!

The service managers here have integrity and really care about their customers. They know the mechanics and are able to translate issues in understandable way. It is so much more relaxing here than at a dealership. I would refer Service Street to everyone. And Nick is outstanding as a service manager!

Fastest oil change ever.

Alway fast and professional, and most of all, always honest advice about what is needed for my car.

They were straight forward about repairs. This was my first time here. I already knew what was wrong. They diagnosed the problem accurately and didn’t up-sell anything unnecessary. The work was done well, in a timely way, and at a competitive price. I’ll be back.

They were efficient and kind. Would recommend!

I needed an estimate on a repair and although they weren't able to do the work, they were honest about it. They even suggested where to go.

Immediate service for oil change this time as is pretty common. I and out in 30 minutes. Great package deal of 5 full synthetic oil changes for $200.00. Have used for over 10 years for 2 vehicles. A little pricy for repair, but, have never had to carry a vehicle back due to repairs not being done properly.

I've been going here for two years. They treat me with respect, they have great deals, they seem to be honest. I feel safe and cared for. Updated 2021. I returned after a hiatus with a new car. They saved me $500 on my 60K with a Subaru crosstrek. Everything was explained in detail including why the service was more expensive for my car then for others at 60k so I made an educated and unpressured choice. I'll be back! You can't beat the oil change package anyway.

Broke down nearby and Kyle, Nick and crew turned a horrible situation into a stress relieving situation! They went above and beyond in making sure we got a quick affordable repair. If I lived within 100 miles I’d make the trip for any future repair need. Best service center I’ve dealt with in my entire life!!! Thanks again Larry and Michele

Reece provided excellent instant service. I pulled in with my newly purchased rear windshield wiper in hand and asked for them to install. They not only immediately installed but did so at non charge. I’ve used them before but don’t think they recognized me they are just that kind of repair shop. Thanks again Reece.
