Nick is always so helpful, informative & professional! I've taken all 3 of my vehicles there. From my Yukon to Mercedes, they are experts! I also like that they have a mechanic that specializes in foreign cars. When I took my car in today to have the battery checked, Nick jumped right on doing the diagnostics on it. Thankfully I did not need to replace my battery. Most places would tell you to replace it just to make money off of you, but Nick & his guys are very trustworthy. He also showed me how to replace the battery in my key fob vs taking it to the dealership. I would highly recommend Nick at Service Street!

Nick was fast and super informative! BMW in Decatur wanted me to wait weeks and Nick had me in and out within 24 hrs. I was thoroughly impressed! My BMW has 235,000 miles on it and I’ll be servicing it with Nick from now on!

Great service and professional mechanics

I have come here twice. Once for my car and next with my son's car. I was provided excellent service both times. I had gone to a Hyundai dealer prior to this but wasn't satisfied with their service because I had to keep texting and calling to reach the technician I was to contact and I was always reaching out to them but them not to me. I came to Service Street Auto based on their reviews. They were top notch from beginning to end. I did not have to chase them down not once. They let me know the eta of when they could possibly get to my car and communicated what it needed, the cost, and when it would be done. I didn't have to make one call to them or hunt them down. That right there is important to me. They did what they said they would do in the amount of time they said and I have been satisfied with their work on both cars. They're farther away from me than the place I was taking my car to but I will travel for good service!

New customer! Had a small issue with the battery- they checked it out, looked over everything - made the quick fix and I was on my way in like 20 minutes! Wasn’t charged. Will definitely be back for any future vehicle work!
