Had my brakes worked on... Really nice people. Fast work..

I spoke with Dan regarding my hvac system only working on High. He thought it might be the blower, and he could do a free inspection and provide me with a quote. I set up an appt, took the car in, got the quote and discussed the repair time since the part was in stock. The ordered a lyft to take me home and another one to return me to the shop. Plus he gave me a new customer coupon which lowered my bill!! All done within 6 hours. Exceptional service from Dan when I picked up the car.

I was very pleased to see their advertisement card come to me in the mail…. I’ve seriously!!! been procrastinating a couple weeks or so, about getting my repairs done to my car. Mainly getting it to the “right place” that will take care of my car as if it was their own car. I’ve been driving since 1968 and when my cars are out of warranty?, I find someone else to keep it going. Service Street stands behind their 5 year /50k mile warranty and everything they offer. I totally appreciate that Lyft ride being that I don't have a second car etc..That sealed the deal for me. I explained everything I needed done, got the managers expertise on the entire matter, agreed to having a FREE diagnostics done which pointed out things I needed, got them done except for tires and later drove away so thankful plus excited that I found a friendly/helpful place. Got my back brakes/rotors, valve cover gasket, replaced, serpentine belt 2006 Sonata, oil change and will go back for wheel alignment before winter. Recently had then fix my drivers side window which had stopped working. Had also been trying to find the right place that know what they’re doing. One more thing done with PERFECTION!!!. Will be going back for air conditioning check up this summer. Hurray for Team Service Street/Dallas Hwy.. Update as if 6/12/22 got the wheels aligned, air conditioning fixed, still had a few kinks with the drivers window working properly “all the time” and they are very patient in helping get that goin like it should with the new replacement part. Now I need detail in and out plus a paint job to cover the small circle of rust on top before it spreads and I will be able to tuck those car concerns away. Those are my facts and I truly tell it like it is. My car is my baby and I treat it as such from day one right from showroom floor.

I brought my 2009 Acura TL for a tune up and fuel system service . The prices were great and customer was the best I’ve ever experienced. Complimentary shuttle rides were an awesome perk as well . I will definitely be using them for all my services from now on .

Great service. I like the fact I can drop my car off and get shuttle service to work. They were able to do my oil change quickly (3 hours), but it was nice to leave it all day and not have to 'wait.' It was reasonable priced and the customer service representative was warm and welcoming.
