The personnel were extremely friendly & professional. Jeffrey wrote my quote & explained the procedures I needed, which were in my best interest to insure safe driving conditions. I dropped my car off Thursday evening, leaving the key in the drop box & by 10:00 am Friday morning my vehicle was ready to go!

An awesome repair shop run by great people. They saved me from towing scammers roasting on interstate 75 and got my car back up and running in a short time. I could not recommend them more highly. They are knowledgeable, professional and provide great service at a great price. I wish that I could get all of my car work done there.

Great group of people!!! Needed a place close to home because my vehicle was overheating. They got me in immediately…found the issue..fixed the issue same day and no additional BS…If I need any service done on any of my vehicles this IS where I will go!

Today was first time coming to Service Street. I needed an oil change and I spoke with the GM Nick King. He was responsive, polite, and he offered me a great discount on an oil change package that my whole family could use. They serviced my vehicle the same day I called and it only took about 45 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. The waiting room was very clean with nice furniture, vending machines, and a fresh water machine. Later, since I had some time, I returned with a second vehicle that had a check engine light. Nick immediately went out and did a diagnostic and was able to clear the light. He made sure there were no issues and thoroughly explained the reasons why the CEL likely popped up. He also called the local Honda dealership on my behalf to check for any active recalls on my car. Service Street went above and beyond my expectations. I have worked in the automotive industry and this is one of the best experiences I have had with an automotive service provider.

I will never go anywhere it was our first. Time and we had a emergency and had ro go out of town. The gentleman was great took us right in and fixed the car in 2 hrs getting a on the road quickly.. I highly recommend.
