I was greeted upon entering. They were ready for my car at my appointment time. The work was performed promptly and correctly. The technician me with me, explained the work on my car in layman’s term. Check out was easy and efficient. I’ll be back when the need occurs.

The staff is always friendly. I was given a discount (without asking) because the parts courier was a bit late and held up the appointment by about 30 or so. Otherwise, the appointment couldn’t have gone any smoother.

The manager, Nick, went all out to help me. I had service that I need done delayed by my getting my tags and license for GA. It took two months for me to have my car road legal. They were so patient and asked how they could help. I, highly, recommend them and I do not want any other mechanics touching my car. I trust them completely!

Incredible customer service!!! Cole and team have taken care of our cars several times and are always honest, kind, and informative. As a woman, who can be worried about being taken advantage of at a car service place, I’ve not once been concerned. We will continue to take our cars here moving forward! After showing up for an appointment at a competitor’s (TP)..in the pouring rain..I was quoted a ridiculous amount for an oil change (over $120 and 2 hour wait). I spoke with the service rep who seemed like she did not care for my business, I left. I got online and found that ServiceStreet had a coupon for a standard oil change. However, I did not see one for synthetic (car has 165k probably should use better oil). Placed a call to the Marietta location and Nick was super helpful and was able to help me save a little bit of money. Made an appointment for next day and when I arrived, I didn’t have to explain the conversation I had over the phone cause Nick was there and they had made notes in the system and Cole (service rep that helped me) was super friendly. Got in and out in less than an hour like I was informed. I’m usually skeptical about repair shops, but this experience was awesome. It was straight forward, friendly with no up sell pressure. Price and service were great.
