I am a regular customer. I brought my new (used) truck in to get it checked out for any issues I should be concerned about before making the purchase final with the dealer. As usual, they did a great job giving the truck a prompt and thorough inspection and shared all the potential concerns with the new vehicle.

An honest mechanic team is hard to find. Even if I moved from this area I would still travel to bring my car back to a team of professionals I can trust and have my best interest at heart.

Legit good practices. My parents went there on a pinch expecting a huge invoice. Simple issue was fixed in 10 or so minutes. They didn't even want a payment. What the hell?! Awesome service in a world of scammers, highly recommended!

I really like this place, I had a good experience, Jeff took good care of me. They offer a 5-year warranty on all repairs, after the first year their warranty is prorated. I want to mention their five oil changes for $300 bringing them to about $60 give or take out the door, which is an excellent value for a full synthetic oil change. I would go nowhere else for an oil change from now on... The only negative about this place, which is becoming more mainstream in America, is the labor prices are charged by book rate. I understand the pros and cons of this, but with labor at $190 an hour, sometimes even an hour under a job can leave you an additional $200 short when a repair is easier... But I guess that cuts both ways when a repair goes longer...

We’ve been taking our cars there for several years now and have always been completely satisfied! Honesty is rare these days and I am so thankful that they only do the work that’s necessary….today was proof in that! A customer for life! Thurston was a pleasure to work with!

Absolutely would trust this shop with my life, I could have been left with a HEFTY bill on my car but the owner did some checks and simply told me to go buy a small part and he didn’t charge me at all! super friendly, highly recommend 🙏🏼 VERY trustworthy
