I came in without a service appointment, was promptly helped by SA Lauren, enjoyed sitting in the quiet comfortable customer waiting room, and my vehicle was ready in about 45 minutes. Just right!

Shortly after an oil change, the service engine warning light appeared. I returned to Service Street for help. They took my car in right away, checked the origin of the warning light, re-set the system and I was on my way in 15 minutes.

Mechanics and management are very thoughtful and generous with their time. My 25 year old Volvo is always treated with respect. She needed a brake checkup, so after a thorough test drive, I was told that all was well and nothing needed attention. Also, the service light was turned off. No charge for any of that.

Service is always pleasant, prompt and thorough as well as reasonably priced.
