A simple oil change, done in a reasonable amount of time.

Service Street always goes above and beyond. We have several jeeps we take to them for all routine maintenance as well as break replacement, tire replacement and just general “something is wrong” things. The employees are always polite and helpful and if you need a ride home or to be picked up to come back to get your car they are on it. Overall they are great.

We we're on vacation in Atlanta when our car started stalling. Service Street identified the issue quickly and in lieu of the pricey job of replacing the spark plugs, they offered to clean and flush out our fuel system to get us home safely. Cheaper alternative and it worked! If I were a southerner, Service Street would definitely be my mechanic!

Finding a good auto service group is gold. I found one in Service Street. They consistently give me a heads up on preventative maintenance or answer questions about concerns I have with my vehicle. In the past, they have diagnosed items for me and sent me to the dealer for the service because they believed the issues should be covered under warranty or would be less expensive for me there. Yesterday, they checked my front brakes for me at my request during my oil change. They let me know the pafs had plenty of life left - I have had other places use that as an opportunity to do a premature repair. They gave me things to watch for with other service items and sent me in my way .. after replacing a burned out brake light for no charge. It's why I keep returning to them.

Quick and anticipated our need.

I have always had a Great experience at Service Street! It has a clean, comfortable setting, with fresh coffee, but if you can't stay they have a shuttle service! The staff is so friendly and patient with taking the time to thoroughly explain my cars issues. They fix it in a timely manner and have the most competitive prices. I highly recommend them! I've been to them several times for more then an oil change and they never disappoint.

Great experience today! Had two cars to be emissions tested and was done within 30 minutes- it only took that long because I had to bring one car at a time and then drive home to get the other. Excellent service. Will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!
