Given the circumstances, this was a wonderful experience! The team there is very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. I experienced the utmost professionalism from the first phone call. So refreshing! Nick explained everything that was going on with my vehicle in terms that I could understand. I would highly recommend Service Street!

Needed a tail light in my Mazda. Part was ordered and I was told to come back in an hour and a half. Went back and there was a glitch in the order and the part was not there. They went to get the part themselves, put it in and then did not charge me anything because of the inconvenience! That is customer service! Thanks Service Street!

Unbelievable customer service!!!! AND PRICES! AND FAST!!!! Had an oil change, (first one is free as a new customer), bought a package of 5 oil changes of synthetic oil that was actually CHEAPER than buying the oil myself! The oil filter was changed, fluids topped off AND tires rotated!!! All in under 20 minutes! Talk about customer service, great environment and pleasurable people! KEVIN WAS GREAT! You just don’t find customer service in the auto industry like this!! Finally a auto place that doesn’t try to rip you off!!! THANK YOU so much Service Street! I will be back!

Great deal on oil change package. Great service!!!

I went to Service to get service to get an oil and filter for my auto. I recently moved here from another state and didn’t know what to expect. I Waited in a very comfortable lounge a tv up to date reading material. After a very short time they brought the car to me. They used quality parts and the charges were much less than I expected. I recommend them to everyone needing service. Yes I will return.

Fantastic people fair prices and really good service

Had a great experience with Kevin and Adam. Upon my arrival Adam greeted me at the door. Went over everything in detail and provided me with Lyft service while my car (Jaguar) was being worked on and had me picked up when it was ready. This place was a blessing to me because there was no charge on work and parts that were needed to complete the work on my car. For that I am grateful.

The guys at Service Street are great. I came in with an air conditioning issue and was confused about my extended warranty. They patiently worked with me to understand my extended warranty and fixed my air conditioner in less than 24 hours! They are the best!

This was my first visit to Service Street, not only was I impressed with the length of time it took to call me and let me know what was wrong with my vehicle, but also with the time to fix it. The customer service I received from Kevin and Nick was awesome. They will definitely have many business for all my car needs.

Kevin Took excellent care of us! I sent my 17 year old daughter for an oil change and wiper blades and they did exactly what she needed, explained to her the importance of oil changes, etc. called to let me know when they were finished and asked if I had any questions. Excellent service! Highly recommend! Way better than any dealership experience ever!
