Service Street Auto Repair in Marietta is a great place to take your car if you want: - a group of honest mechanics that are NOT out to sell repairs you don’t need and where you don’t feel taken advantage of because you don’t know much about vehicles or because you are a female - staff members that work to help you SAVE money (what place does THAT?!?) - a place that is quick and efficient - a place that the team members look like they enjoy their job and have always been super friendly during any interaction (phone or in person) I have had nothing but positive experiences with Service Street Auto Repair’s Marietta location and would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs repair work done on their vehicle.

Faster than I expected, and very sweet

Walked right in, and was serviced right away by Nick. Took maybe 10 mins to tell me what was wrong with my brakes.

All of the employees handle business professional and by far the best auto repair shop I have been too! 👍🏻

Clean facilities friendly staff. I had them check my brake pads and rotors while there for an oil change. No charge for that. I was told the pads do not need to be changed yet. You don’t have to worry about these guys trying to charge you for unnecessary things. Kevin runs a shop with integrity. I recommend them highly

Great customer care

Amazing customer service, I was traveling across country when my vehicle started acting up. Jessi got me right in, took photos of what was wrong with my vehicle and took me into the shop to let me know what needed to be done. Love the transparency. They also gave me a 5 year 50k nationwide warranty. This was a huge plus not being from GA. Thank you.

Beyond pleased with their attentive service and clean facility. The staff is honest and kind, of which I am so glad to have found this shop. Also, If you’re looking for an oil change, they are super quick and had my car ready in less than the normal 45min wait (25 minute oil change). Super impressed. Will keep coming back.

Went in for an oil change and was there less than an hour which was great bc of my toddler lol. Both guys at front were very nice and helpful. Id definitely recommend them :)

Nick is fantastic! So knowledgeable, and just helpful. He not only told us what was going on with the vehicle, but he also gave us recommendations for the future and a detail diagnostic which I didn’t expect it all. All in all our visit was great they were very punctual and they kept us in the know about all of it the entire time. I would recommend them to anybody.

Given the circumstances, this was a wonderful experience! The team there is very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. I experienced the utmost professionalism from the first phone call. So refreshing! Nick explained everything that was going on with my vehicle in terms that I could understand. I would highly recommend Service Street!

Needed a tail light in my Mazda. Part was ordered and I was told to come back in an hour and a half. Went back and there was a glitch in the order and the part was not there. They went to get the part themselves, put it in and then did not charge me anything because of the inconvenience! That is customer service! Thanks Service Street!
