Service Street did an awesome job on my car last night and today. My car starting running hot last night with me and 2 kids we pulled in here and they check it and told me I couldn't drive it because it would mess up my motor. They had Lyft come and pick me up and take us home. Called this morning with what was wrong and the price. I called my normal mechanic and they were close in price. They had my car finished and ready to go today. Which made me very happy. My mechanic would have been late tomorrow or possibly Monday. Thanks for making this a very good experience and for taking care of me last night.

Our experience was wonderful. Staff was welcoming and took our car in right away. Work was completed at time promised. And our car runs great. Waiting area was clean and they had free coffee!

All people and techs here are beyond great. My 2002 Monte Carlo SS has had rain water leaking on all floor boards for about 4 years. I took it to Goodyear (DW Campbell ) when they were on George Busbee Parkway and they told me that they could definitely find it. Goodyear told me to leave it with them. They had it for a week and told me that they could not locate a leak and charged me $400.00. I then asked NTW to check out the leaking rain water problem and they told me the same thing and told me to take it to a dealer. This wasn't cheap either. The dealer told me that it was from a cracked windshield. I then replaced the windshield and the next rain all the floors were full of water again. Not cheap again. I at this point have spent around $1200.00 for no real answers. I then brought the car here and these techs in 20 minutes found the problem and repaired it, kept me informed on the repairs and all of them were amazing with how quick they diagnosed the problem. I would and will tell everyone I know about this repair shop. These people are AMAZING. I would give this repair shop a 10 Star rating. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I just had a great experience at Service Street. They really worked with me to get the work done that needed to be done and listened to me about what I could afford and didn’t push me to go beyond my means. They were quick, courteous and even got me a Lyft home and back so I didn’t have to wait there. Highly recommend this place! I feel like a valued customer and I will only be going to them moving forward to have my car maintenance and fixes done.

Staff were efficient, professional, and repair rates were competitive. They also furnished me a ride home and back in same day for the repair. Very little wait time for diagnosis of problem and getting me home.

They got me in fast. Found a problem that I was not aware of and completed the brakes and oil change. They had everything done that day and even helped me with a ride back to pick it up. The warranty is better than the dealer. Definitely recommend!

Great, honest service!

On 1/28/19 my vehicle suddenly decelerated on I20W. I was able to contact Service street and arrange a tow to their facility my vehicle was subsequently diagnosed with a bad transmission that needs replacement. I did not have the $2500 to replace the transmission, but Nick was super understanding and allowed my vehicle to stay their until I get help from my finance company. I work in Cobb county but live in Stone Mountain and was unsure I would get home. Nick came to my rescue and ordered me a Lyft home . I will forever be grateful for the care,compassion and professionalism shown by Nick and the entire staff of Service Street.

I’ve taken my cars here for a while for basic maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations. They always do a good job. In the past they have been a tad slow but today they got me in and out pretty fast. The value on the 5 pack oil change is pretty good.

I am a first time customer. My car stalled on me, I called them within 2 hours of closing and they were able to get me in and diagnose my problem. They identified that I needed a new battery. They got me and out within an hour, they were reasonable and professional. Unbeknownst to them I asked several customers in the lobby if they have had a good experience because its hard to find a trustworthy and affordable mechanic. Both gentlemen indicated that they were pleased with their service and one guy said he has been coming there for years.
