I returned after my oil panel/cover dropped from an oil change, as the clips are known to break. Thankfully I didn't drive with half the panel down and it wasn't too damaged. I believe it fell sometime overnight on Friday as I would've heard it while driving. I sent an email on Saturday night and I was called early and was left a message on my phone when they opened on Monday. They immediately sent out a tow when I called back around 7:45, and I picked up my car on Monday afternoon after they called again to say it's ready at noon. I doubt this situation was made from neglegience, but regardless of how the situation happened, it was rectified ASAP.

Honest people with lots of integrity, great price, and just a amazing place. Take your car here not anywhere else!!!

Great service and helpful

Service street was so helpful! My car broke down on the side of the road. They walked me through what to do and when that didn’t work they sent a tow truck! They were very communicative throughout the process and had my car fixed in less than 2 days. I felt very respected being a female which is sadly rare for auto shops

Excellent service. The Manager Adam was great I have followed him here from the previous shops he has worked at. He is honest and tells me what I need and doesn't sell me on anything I don't need. For a single mom on a tight budget that is a blessing g

Helped ne by calling wrecker gir husbandsvtrucj! Then replacing batter and oil change! Dee (manager) was very friendly and helpful! Great service! Will return when needed! Have been there before!!!

A friend was visiting from out of town and her car began to leak a lot of oil. Long story short, the service provided by Service Street was quick, very thorough and a great explanation was provided on what was happening. I highly recommend the location on Dallas Highway...thank you for your service and honesty!!

I”m very satisfied and happy with the service I received at Service Street Auto Repair. They did an oil change, brake repair and also helped me get a new tire - everything was done professionally and on time. The staff was professional, friendly, honest and explained everything clearly, which gave me confidence in their work. It’s hard to find a place you can really trust with your car, but Service Street made the experience easy and stress-free. As a disabled driver with special controls on my car, I can’t trust just anyone to take care of regular issues because if they mess up my custom controls, it costs A LOT of money to fix them. So, I am very grateful for all the guys at Service Street who know how to take great care of my car AND give me the specialized service I need at a price that I can afford. THANK YOU SERVICE STREET!
