Kyle, the manager, and Thomas are the best repair men I’ve ever been helped by. Every time I come in, I see Thomas efficiently multitasking phone calls, walk-ins, and computer stuff. Kyle speaks with so much kindness and patience—he really makes me feel welcome and taken care of! Service Street on Floyd Rd secured my business when they had a special on oil changes: 5 changes or tire rotations for one price of $89!!! That special was the best and these guys are the best. I’ve been coming to them first ever since.

Greeted with an interest, listened by with an ear, given immediate options available the same day with care I received a choice to leave or stay. My decision to have the car diagnosed and worked on the same day was the option I chose. My car was ready within the three hour time frame which was quoted to me. The work was done and the car problems solved. The car is running just fine.

This was my first visit here. I’ve lived near this shop for years and never even seen it! The gentleman at the check in desk were so friendly and professional. I came in for a quote for the shield protector under the car and they took care of so quickly ( and it just needed some screws) they didn’t charge me for it and I was grateful. I will make this my choice for any future car repairs. (Great communication too!)

Kyle and Thomas are super professional. One of the cleanest if not, the cleanest auto repair service shop. I was able to get an alignment with no wait. Went over recommendations with upfront pricing which I really appreciate. The waiting room has a nice set up and relaxing my kids enjoy the experience, which is really hard to say from an auto repair service shop. I would highly recommend service street specialist for anybody that needs an auto repair. Specially if you live in the area of Mableton, you should give them a try. You won’t regret it. Excellent Oil Change! I had a great experience getting an oil change here. The staff was friendly, fast, and professional. They finished the job quickly, checked my fluids and tire pressure, and explained everything clearly. The price was fair, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
