Those guys took good care of me and the Manager Kyle was very knowledgeable and won’t me through the whole process

Greeted with an interest, listened by with an ear, given immediate options available the same day with care I received a choice to leave or stay. My decision to have the car diagnosed and worked on the same day was the option I chose. My car was ready within the three hour time frame which was quoted to me. The work was done and the car problems solved. The car is running just fine.

The servicemen were very polite and trust worthy.

Stopped by for a quick oil change and had a great experience. Thomas took care of everything super chill, friendly, and fast. Definitely coming back next time!.

Kyle and Thomas are super professional. One of the cleanest if not, the cleanest auto repair service shop. I was able to get an alignment with no wait. Went over recommendations with upfront pricing which I really appreciate. The waiting room has a nice set up and relaxing my kids enjoy the experience, which is really hard to say from an auto repair service shop. I would highly recommend service street specialist for anybody that needs an auto repair. Specially if you live in the area of Mableton, you should give them a try. You won’t regret it. Excellent Oil Change! I had a great experience getting an oil change here. The staff was friendly, fast, and professional. They finished the job quickly, checked my fluids and tire pressure, and explained everything clearly. The price was fair, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. I have a muscle car that's my pride and joy, having worked in automotive places that did the bare minimum I'm anxious about new mechanics, but these are car guys and they see how much you love your ride and they will take care of you like it's their project car you're driving.

I brought my BMW in for an oil leak issue and had amazing customer service from Thomas Carey the service manager here. It’s gives you peace of mind to know you’re dealing with an honest person who really cares to get you back on the road safely. I will be back for any future issues!

Tom and Kyle assisted me with a major car fixture . The professionalism at this location is top tier . They replaced my timing kit in an efficient matter and the attention to detail this business has is immaculate. From calling a uber to get me home while I waited for the car fixture , giving me updates on my car status , to even Tom lecturing me when I came back to get a oil change cause I was 100 miles over . I can tell this company values their customers best interest . There diagnostics is 100% accurate and there even willing to work with their customers if a major fix that might up costing you thousands of dollars .

Amazing service I have been bring my cars here for a little close over a year now. Service and the full team always top notch and I been recommending them to my friends and family. Please try them before you go to dealership. They even do engine warranty work so no reason to pass them up!!! And the stand behind the work they provide!! That means a lot in today world

I absolutely love this place!!!!!! When I say customer service was top tier I mean just that! Kyle was very efficient he and his team got me in and out and explained everything that they where doing to my car before they did it 10 out of 10 experience would recommend to anyone and i will definitely be coming back

Everyone who took care of me was professional and friendly. Kyle stood out because of his knowledge and his eagerness to help. He listened carefully to my concerns and found a solution. He and the others were straight to the point and didn’t give me the run around. This shop is a no nonsense business. I will be back if I have any further issues or maintenance. Highly recommended!
