Great mechanic and always available when needed.

Full time Criminology major, Psychology minor in my senior year, visiting Georgia for film because I'm also a SAG-AFTRA actor, and a former Professional athlete of 15yrs before that. These guys were very thorough, fast & efficient. The wifi was TREMENDOUS because I am doing MIDTERMS. Let me know EXACTLY what the issue was. The only NEGATIVE was them checking things I DID NOT ASK THEM TO CHECK! To do that requires TIME that I CANNOT GET BACK! I don't hold that against them, however.

Davis was a great help. He made sure I understood what i was getting. Made sure I knew how long it would take. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable leaving my car to get serviced here. If I could give 10 starts I would. Keep up the good work and customer service.

Staff were helpful, friendly, and communicated with me in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what they tested and what is going on with my car. Since the issue my car has can only be solved by taking it to a dealership they didn't charge me for the diagnostic. I was already impressed with their service before that happened and was truly overwhelmed by the generosity. In a world where it seems that so many places are focused on up selling and profits it was refreshing to meet someone who actually cares about their customers. I'm definitely recommending Service Street Auto Repair to all my friends and if any of my own cars need service I'll be bringing them here as well. They definitely know how to build loyalty from their customers.

The manager and his team got everything I needed done that day. They easily could have taken their time.

Man for all those people throwing out 1 star, you really tripping. The whole staff was courteous and friendly. The customer service surpassed any expectations and the work done on my car was quality and didn't break my pockets.

Outstanding follow through and willingness to solve my A/C and emission problems. They are very knowledgeable in their trade. There are many auto repair shops that try to solve a customer’s problems, but Kyle & Thomas ensure that a customer’s issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. Harry Gooden was great. Very knowledgeable and good at his job. He explained to me everything I needed to know and I had total confidence in him.

Service advisor is a real advisor. I thought that I need a tune up. But he checked and advised me that it was done in 133,000 miles, with current 142,000. So he advised about no need.
