Outstanding follow through and willingness to solve my A/C and emission problems. They are very knowledgeable in their trade. Harry Gooden was great. Very knowledgeable and good at his job. He explained to me everything I needed to know and I had total confidence in him.

Service advisor is a real advisor. I thought that I need a tune up. But he checked and advised me that it was done in 133,000 miles, with current 142,000. So he advised about no need.

Greeted with an interest, listened by with an ear, given immediate options available the same day with care I received a choice to leave or stay. My decision to have the car diagnosed and worked on the same day was the option I chose. My car was ready within the three hour time frame which was quoted to me. The work was done and the car problems solved. The car is running just fine.

Kyle and Thomas are super professional. One of the cleanest if not, the cleanest auto repair service shop. I was able to get an alignment with no wait. Went over recommendations with upfront pricing which I really appreciate. The waiting room has a nice set up and relaxing my kids enjoy the experience, which is really hard to say from an auto repair service shop. I would highly recommend service street specialist for anybody that needs an auto repair. Specially if you live in the area of Mableton, you should give them a try. You won’t regret it.
