I had concerns about my Jaguar, these guys took a look at it and explained to me exactly what was going on there was no need for alarm or concern and best of all they didn't charge me just to look at my vehicle. I had a perfect experience on my first visit. I was greeted by friendly staff and a clean/comfortable waiting room. Employees were very honest and transparent, even allowing me to go in the garage to show/explain the issues on my car. Reasonable prices and efficient service. This location is about 10 miles from me, but will definitely drive the extra way for my car’s future maintenance needs.

Great first visit! I have been going to another shop for oil changes over the past few years. Their prices have gone up a bit, and the service has gotten slower. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Service Street was so close to my home. I scheduled online, and it was very easy and convenient. The staff member who greeted me upon my arrival was friendly and very helpful. They offer a package deal for oil changes that I will probably sign up for on my next visit. For this visit, I needed and oil change and tire rotation. The prices were fair, and the service was done in a timely manner. Even the customer waiting area was clean and very accommodating. I also appreciated being able to get a cup of coffee while I waited. Service Street offers a variety of services beyond oil changes. If I ever need a mechanic, I won't hesitate to stop there first. One of the people I spoke with in the waiting area has been taking his car to one of their other locations for a few years. He had nothing but great things to say about them. They are fairly new to my area, but I am sure glad they are here.
