The staff was very friendly, they gave a thorough explanation of the repairs needed and pricing on tires. Great price due to special. They were able to get me in earlier than my appointment by request. Will definitely continue to get my car serviced here

I have to give a huge shout out to Eddie, Andrew and Jacob at Service Street! They went above and beyond to help me with my son’s car today. Having transportation is critical to his job, of which he just started at a new company last week, so to be without a car the second week on the job was not great. Jacob got us in right away and was great at communicating thru the day. He initially said they would need to keep the car until tomorrow, but after I explained the situation of my son missing work, he went the extra mile to get it done before they closed. Then I had a work call run way late and made it to the shop 2 minutes after they had closed. Eddie and Andrew were just driving away when I pulled up in panic mode and stopped to ask what I needed. They were gracious enough to make some calls so they could open the shop back up so we could get our car (with all of my son’s tools for work in it) so my son wouldn’t miss or be late for work tomorrow morning given he has to leave at 5:45 am. Thank you all for the outstanding service and going above and beyond to help us out! It is so appreciated and relieved a ton of possible stress with trying to get 3 of us to work in totally different locations with 1 car tomorrow! Top notch service!

The online appointment booking tool is great. We arrived on time and were seen right away. The team took the time to sit down and explain the diagnostics to us and the different options to us. Very good service.

Excited to have a new option for automotive services in Castle Rock. Took our car in for an oil change , Eddy and Jacob provided exceptional customer service . For the issues beyond the oil change, they showed me issue and explained my options with no pressure to have the work done right then. Will definitely be returning.

I've had consistent fuel system issues for over a year. I'm three other shops couldn't figure it out and charged me a ton to "try" something. Brought my 2017 Ford escape here, met Eddie (who is awesome and phenomenal with communication) and in 4 hours and for a very fair price, they got me totally up and running. Customer for life now!

Came in for new engine mounts and I got it back as if it was a brand new car. Eddie was amazing and had excellent service! Showed me how my car was doing even when they were working on it on the garage floor. Will 100% be coming back here for any future services!
