Eddie and Del are the best! Came here for an oil change and ended up needing new brake pads & rotors and a tire. These fine gentlemen not only gave me great customer service but offered professional insight to the services I needed. Prices are competitive (I called around to confirm) but they still worked with me on the final cost with store coupons to keep me from going back to dealerships like I always do. They even offer 6 month finance 0% interest! The service is incredible and I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Castle Rock area. Keep up the great work guys.

I had an excellent experience here. They replaced my ignition coils efficiently and professionally. The staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to schedule my appointment and complete the work. The quality of service and customer care exceeded my expectations. Had a great experience with service on our Subaru Ascent, as every single indicator light/warning light was turned on and would not reset. Easy to make an online appointment outside of business hours. Great upfront communication and check-in procedure. Friendly staff and technicians. Our work was completed within 24 hours and the price was reasonable.

Thank you to the Service Street team for fixing an emergency oil leak for us after another place turned us away twice. It saved our vacation we needed the vehicle for in a few days. The team is very knowledgeable and kind and explained steps needed to fix the issues thoroughly.

Our Jeep Gladiator had a cracked oil reserve, a serious issue that required immediate attention. Unlike the previous shop that wasted our time and sent us away twice, Service Street got us in the same day, performed a comprehensive inspection, and had the truck fully repaired and back on the road in under six hours. What stood out was their expertise and transparency. The team not only walked us through the repairs but also mentioned that, despite only being open for a year, they’ve already seen over 30 Jeep Gladiators come in with the exact same issue. Given how common this problem appears to be, it raises serious questions about whether Jeep should be addressing this as a recall issue. Beyond the immediate fix, Service Street stands behind their work with a 3-year, 30,000-mile warranty, giving us long-term peace of mind. While we didn’t expect to switch service providers, the lack of professionalism at our previous shop forced our hand—and we’re glad it did. For anyone with a Jeep Gladiator—or any vehicle—looking for reliable, knowledgeable service, we highly recommend Service Street. They’ve earned our trust, and they’ll be our go-to from now on. These are the guys to trust. I promise you that. I’ve had more work than I would’ve liked done on my car over the past couple months and these guys have taken incredible care of me. Eddie, jacob, and their team absolutely crushed it. Even in a time of frustration they did everything to ensure I walked away satisfied and comfortable which is a testament to how they operate.
