I unexpectadly had smoke come out of my car and i had just parked at king soopers and noticed smoked and a disgusting smell. I didn't know what to do and looked across and saw ther service center and asked for help. Immediately they sent over Amaya to check on my car and being at the King Soopers, they asked me to drive to the shop. Immediately Joshua helped and gave me an estimate about price. He got me checked in and gave me the price and even offered payment options. I was able to leave my car and my car got worked on and i was able to pay. Joshua was extremely helpful. I wouldn't have had a better experience.

Quick and easy service. Would highly recommend for all car needs.

I have been searching for a car mechanic for years and this is my first experience where I feel like Service Street really cares about taking good care of my car’s needs as well as concerns! The front office is run by James, Josh and David and all three listen to my concerns and we’re so friendly and caring. I highly recommend going to Service Street in Castle Pines!

Service Street does great work. Professional staff and I like the pricing.

SS did a complimentary test of my vehicle’s electrical system and it showed the alternator was faulty. Called the dealership but they couldn’t replace because the proper alternator was on back order. So Josh at SS got to work and found a new replacement that he got delivered and installed the same day. Great job from him and the service technicians!

This place really cares about the safety of its customers! The washer fluid lines on my son’s truck recently stopped working right after a snow storm. We knew the roads would be muddy and gross, and I was afraid of him driving home to Colorado Springs without being able to see out of the windshield properly. We were able to get a same day appointment, and Service Street was able to quickly diagnosis the problems, and we were in and out within an hour. Parts were replaced, the washer fluid lines lines were flushed, fixed, and the bad washer fluid was replaced with good clean fluid. My son was able to drive home safely, and I could not be more grateful for the kindness, attention, and professionalism of the Service Street Staff.

I love the service and prices here! They know what they're talking about and not trying to sell you more! I really trust them with my vehicles!

I highly recommend Service Street, they offer competitive pricing on oil change packages. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated Josh taking care of me, I didn’t feel pressured into buying unnecessary services or products, I didn’t feel taken advantage of which other auto service shops usually do. They were honest and reliable. Highly recommend!!!

My tire was low on air so I brought it to Service Street to be topped off. They offered to check out the tire to see if there was a nail in it, and sure enough there was. They patched up my tire free of charge. I’m very pleased with their customer service and promptness!

Josh was very upfront about the cost of repairs and suggested future repairs.

I had a great experience here. It was a snowy day yesterday and the boys came and picked my car up for me and brought it back to the shop. They got it fixed and done within the day and offered to drive it back to me as well. Thank you guys, much appreciated! Highly recommend.
