I’m going to be honest. It was a little pricey but the service was quick and everyone was very kind to me. They ordered the battery and it came same day. Katie was extremely helpful answering all of my questions, breaking down the price and keeping in contact with me throughout the day.

I had a great experience at Service Street Auto in Castle Pines. I came in because I was feeling a strange noise and vibration while driving. The team quickly diagnosed the issue, determining that my wheel was bent. They were able to fix it efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were impressive. I highly recommend them for any auto repairs—you can count on them for excellent service and quick turnaround!

Service Street helped me take off 13 year old license plate screws that had been rusted stuck. I was in a hurry and they got them off in just a couple of minutes (after hours of me trying). Friendly and professional, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks!

My F-150 was due for front struts and I wanted to upgrade to a leveling, off-road performance option. Local off-road shops were more expensive and didn't offer the warranty that service does. 5 years and 50,000 miles is impressive. The truck is exactly how I wanted it and the staff stayed on top of communication and answering my questions throughout the project. I have moved all our cars over to Service Street.

Charles and team did a great helping me when my check engine light came on. Charles asked good questions to help diagnose the issue. He also called after the issue was resolved just to make sure I was not experiencing any further problems. I will definitely come to them for my next regular maintenance.

Needed a battery for a key fob and they had it. Really nice people there. Will use them for car problems.

Very fair prices. The front desk staff (sorry can’t recall his name) was very professional, polite, and attentive. It is probably the cleanest auto repair shop I have ever seen in my life. Can’t say how amazing they were. Thank you 😊
