Charlie had great customer service, explained what was wrong and feel confident my car will be safer after today.

I had a crack in my radiator right before leaving on a long road trip and understanding my situation they got me in immediately and I needed a new radiator so the manager ordered one and had it put in within 4 hrs so I could get back on the road. James also was able to save me $200 on the repair which helped me out a lot. I don't have a lot of faith in mechanics because I always feel like im gonna get price gouged but this was the best experience I've ever had. I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about Service Street Auto in Castle pines! As someone who's super picky about who works on my Challenger, finding a shop I trust has always been a challenge in itself. After bringing my car in for two separate emergencies, I’m beyond impressed. The staff is not only incredibly friendly but also exceptionally quick. Pricing is fair, but the speed and quality of their work are what truly stand out. It’s a relief to have a reliable place I can count on. I highly recommend.

Awesome establishment! Very clean store with friendly staff. They took great care of our Toyota Corolla and even helped us with a couple old tires off of a dolly that wouldn’t hold any air. We’ll definitely take all of our vehicles here from now on.

I went to get an oil change. They are VERY nice, price was good, work was quick. It was a painless process. I will be back!

After a poor experience with a dealership - I called Service Street to get some quotes. Within the day (on a Friday) James and Josh pulled together a reasonable quote, and had a bay opened up for my truck. First thing Saturday, they were in communication with me, clarifying services requested, and costs. During the day Saturday, I received several phone calls with questions, updates, and the status of my vehicle. I picked the truck up Sat afternoon and it drives great. All work was finished at a great price, and the truck was in and out. Josh and James are both knowledgable, professional, and offer great customer service. I will be bringing my vehicles back to them.

Both my son and myself have had to take our vehicles to the Castle Pines Service Street recently, and I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for the excellent and reasonably priced service we were provided. My son's vehicle had some particularly vexing electrical issues and JOSH was like a dog with a bone digging into the problems to figure them out. Great service and friendly customer service.

Great experience! If you want friendly, prompt service and don't want to pay crazy dealership maintenance/service fees and parts costs, this is your place to go. Huge respect for them telling me what needs to be serviced on my car but they were also quick to tell me what DOESN'T need to be done yet, instead of trying to sell me on service I don't need, something that frequently happens in this industry. Also were able to get me in that same day or an option for the day after instead of having to make a "reservation" weeks in advance. How great is that?!

Just wanted to let everyone know in the Castle Pines CO area that we finally have automotive services provider near us that we can trust and are not always trying to sell you unnecessary repairs. I have had several of my cars recently serviced there and the whole team have all been, polite, knowledgeable, professional and fair. I encourage you to give them a visit next time you need any automotive services.
