I can’t say enough good things about Service Street Auto in Castle pines! As someone who's super picky about who works on my Challenger, finding a shop I trust has always been a challenge in itself. After bringing my car in for two separate emergencies, I’m beyond impressed. The staff is not only incredibly friendly but also exceptionally quick. Pricing is fair, but the speed and quality of their work are what truly stand out. It’s a relief to have a reliable place I can count on. I highly recommend.

James and Josh were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on finding the right tires that worked with my budget for my vehicle! I will definitely be back for other services!

Awesome establishment! Very clean store with friendly staff. They took great care of our Toyota Corolla and even helped us with a couple old tires off of a dolly that wouldn’t hold any air. We’ll definitely take all of our vehicles here from now on.

What a refreshing experience! I always feel taken advantage of as a woman going into a service shop. James and Josh could not have been more helpful and friendly. I would recommend Service Street to anyone!

Went to them as they were the closest to my location that I could hobble my car into. Issue ended up being a bit more than expected (was thinking maybe just spark plugs). Everyone there handled with awesomely. They offered to give me and my daughter a ride home versus having to walk home in the wet/cold. Fast forward a day or so they told me that my plugs were being (at least some) with oil causing part of the issue. Even to the point of texting me pictures from their phone so that I could see it in case I had any of the usual "They're just trying to get me to spend more money". Along with this, after the work was all done I took the car home and everything seemed ok. But, starting it up later it turned out it was still not working. Not only did they have me take it in (thinking it was a bad plug out of the box) to check it out they also gave me a free sparkplug as the issue was another bad plug. tl;dr: They are an honest company with hard workers who are willing to go the extra mile to be able to help you get your car running back in tip top shape.

Josh, James and the rest of the team are absolutely top notch! I wanted to find a service center near me to trust with my cars and I feel like I won the lottery. They are friendly, professional, competent and communicate superbly. They gave me their insight, options and accurate estimates for my service. Never going anywhere else. Thanks! Cliff Simms

I went to get an oil change. They are VERY nice, price was good, work was quick. It was a painless process. I will be back!

After a poor experience with a dealership - I called Service Street to get some quotes. Within the day (on a Friday) James and Josh pulled together a reasonable quote, and had a bay opened up for my truck. First thing Saturday, they were in communication with me, clarifying services requested, and costs. During the day Saturday, I received several phone calls with questions, updates, and the status of my vehicle. I picked the truck up Sat afternoon and it drives great. All work was finished at a great price, and the truck was in and out. Josh and James are both knowledgable, professional, and offer great customer service. I will be bringing my vehicles back to them.

Both my son and myself have had to take our vehicles to the Castle Pines Service Street recently, and I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for the excellent and reasonably priced service we were provided. My son's vehicle had some particularly vexing electrical issues and JOSH was like a dog with a bone digging into the problems to figure them out. Great service and friendly customer service.

Great experience! If you want friendly, prompt service and don't want to pay crazy dealership maintenance/service fees and parts costs, this is your place to go. Huge respect for them telling me what needs to be serviced on my car but they were also quick to tell me what DOESN'T need to be done yet, instead of trying to sell me on service I don't need, something that frequently happens in this industry. Also were able to get me in that same day or an option for the day after instead of having to make a "reservation" weeks in advance. How great is that?!

Just wanted to let everyone know in the Castle Pines CO area that we finally have automotive services provider near us that we can trust and are not always trying to sell you unnecessary repairs. I have had several of my cars recently serviced there and the whole team have all been, polite, knowledgeable, professional and fair. I encourage you to give them a visit next time you need any automotive services.

Convenient to where we live and great service!!

Really nice auto shop with some of the friendliest staff around. They helped me with my cover on the bottom of my car that was hanging down after I tried to be cheap and go to Walmart. David was a great help and they even have an office dog! I recommend this place out of any auto shop I’ve been to in Colorado. Will be back for any maintenance needs for my car.

Great shop! Stopped by with a tire that needed fixed. They were swamped and didn't have any room but fit me because I was from out of town and trying to get home. Did everything they could to get me on my way!!! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Service Street! The staff was absolutely exceptional — knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind. Josh, in particular, went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a tough situation. Thanks to him and the team, my car was up and running.
