Very knowledgeable and helpful. Providence had my truck limp into their parking lot as they were closing. They showed genuine concern and diagnosed the problem right away. The problem was quickly solved and at a very fair price. They will be my go to choice for our other vehicles as well.

This was my first visit to a Service Street location. It was easy to make an appointment. Same day. I brought them my old, higher mileage car for an oil change and safety check. Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. They explained clearly what they would do, how long it would take, and what it would cost. They kept their word.

First experience with Service Street Auto Repair and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I wasn’t sure what the issue with my vehicle was but when working with Jerry he was able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was and how it needed to be fixed. Jerry and his crew worked efficiently and I was back out on the road in a timely manner. The shop was clean and I would recommend this location for any vehicle issue and/or any and all standard routine vehicle maintenance. Excellent experience!

Excellent service! Walked in with a nail in my tire and they fixed it right away. They were very friendly and efficient.

Awesome service, got the clanky sound in my car removed in 30 minutes and charged me nothing because it was just a few loose bolts!

Came off highway with tire shredded these guys only place open got me in took care of it timly and professionaly. Great set of guys wouldnt hesitate go back.

The team is absolutely amazing!! I had an issue with my car and just stopped by to see if they could check it out. They did not hesitate for a minute to assist. Once they found the problem, I was given an estimate HOWEVER they inquired about the warranty. I had forgotten I had an extended warranty and it is still in force. They made the calls for me and helped me with the process. This was customer service at its finest! You do not see that very often anymore. I will definitely be taking my vehicle here...a very positive experience! Thank you Ian, Bob and the rest of the team.

Called them late on Saturday about needing an AC recharge and they were able to accommodate me on short notice and the service was very fast!
