My name is Myra. The moment I contacted the manager, he was friendly and kind. Took both of my cars in at the last minute and followed up thoroughly. Reached out when there is an additional cost to the oil filter. Amazing customer service. It’s about 35 minutes from where I live but worth the drive.

Great service, Del is extremely helpful and the $100 oil change/tire rotation deal is great. Will recommend service street to friends and family….

I had such a nice time. Staff has such a great vibe, very honest, and they really now what they’re talking about. Having them explain exactly what issues there were and what they plan to do to correct it was like listening to a symphony. Very confident, very nice, and very cool. I low key want another issue with my vehicle just so I can come back sooner!

I had a last minute emergency with my brakes, I was quoted close to $1000 elsewhere and brought my car here for a second opinion. I’m so glad I did! I was treated fairly, given the options straight, not oversold and shown respect. I can’t say how appreciative I am of this location going above and beyond to help me out! If you have any car issues or need any maintenance done, I highly suggested you come visit Service street.

Super knowledgeable/professional experience

This place and Del are amazing! I was in a bad accident and my car wasn't starting. I called a lot of auto repair shops and many were not very nice, too busy or just generally unhelpful. I randomly called Service Street after I finally got my car to turn on and they let me drop my car off immediately. They got it fixed in only a few days and I went back the next week to get a couple parts replaced that broke in the accident. The staff there are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and communicative. And the prices were great, too, which was a huge concern of mine because I had to pay out of pocket. I'll definitely be going there if I have any car problems in the future.
