I went in for what I thought were minor power steering troubles while on a road trip. It turned out to be a much more major problem, one not worth fixing in my situation I think, but through the entire process Dell and Cruz were very good to work with, were very honest to me about how much things would cost depending on how I moved forward, which I appreciate.

They did a good job of getting everything fixed at about half the price that another repair shop quoted us. Can't argue with that!

Great service, friendly, honest people.

Our transmission went out about 2 weeks ago, on a Saturday. Time getting repaired was dealing with warranty and replacement availability. One of the techs offered to tow our car with his personal vehicle from the car wash next door, but we limped it in. Would highly recommend these guys, being a diesel mechanic for 25 yrs I know good to great service and these guys got it going on. Staff was friendly, explained what was or needed to be done, thorough and very reasonably priced.

Had a great experience here! Dell and Cruz are awesome. They were super friendly and funny. I didn’t feel like they were trying to rip me off, but that they genuinely wanted to help me. I went in because my ABS/traction control light were on. They did a free code read but it was a little pricey for the master mechanic to diagnose the problem ($177) but I did get out of there for under $450 which I was happy about because I thought something worse was wrong. They replaced some wiring and whatnot and got me taken care of. They were super polite and I felt like they truly cared about me and my safety. Thanks y’all! You are awesome!

Above and beyond. Repairs were finished well ahead of schedule. There were a couple of issues-Cruz and the team worked with me to find the right solutions. Would highly recommend.

This shop was amazing! They got us in and out within a day. So thankful for their honesty and hard work… it helped my family get onto our camping trip as planned. Greg worked his butt off to make sure we were taken care of and the communication and customer service was spot on! Thank you again for everything!!!

Edit prior review - my misunderstanding/error. Reviewed issues with reps and they were very nice and re-inspected my car. The re-inspection confirmed a pre-exsisting issue which likely led to part failure that i originally was in for. Would recommend.

Took less than 45.min to get the service completed. Professional.

Del Thornhill the manager at the Parker store was very helpful and through. I had a bad gas tank they towed it in for free found me a used tank at one third the cost of a new one. They also did a oil change cheaper than Greasemonkey.

Had a screw in my tire. They took care of it pronto and no charge. Wonderful service.
