Got an unexpected oil low alert on my way to work. Stopped by here because it was the nearest auto service. Ted was great - gave me the quart of oil I needed and sent me on my way. Appreciate kind and helpful people like Ted! Thank you

I had a great deal of work done on my car. They explained all issues and my options, and serviced the vehicle in a timely manner.

Ryan was extremely helpful in keeping us informed regarding our car issues, the estimated cost of the repairs, and the time frame for fixing the issues. We were very satisfied with the experience.

They mounted and balanced my snow tires for a great price and did good work, all the tires are facing the correct direction ( you would be surprised I have had other shops put tires on the rim backwards ) and it took about 1:20 to get all 4 done the same day. The also put my summer tires into trash bags and back into the car for me. Great service.

Would highly recommend, I've taken my car for a couple of oil changes and some other worries about my car. Instead of piling on extra services (like the southland location has done with me in the past) this location has been very upfront and honest with what was actually needed.

Honest! I have brought 3 cars to them and they told me 2 didn’t need brakes( how often does that happen!) my third car need something that was covered by warranty. The folks at the Austin Bluffs location did all the leg work ( they did go through pushback) and got the insurance to pay for what was promised. They still filled my tires with air without me ever having to ask! I will be bringing all my cars in the future. Thank you for your ethics which is becoming harder to find

Growing up in a small rural town, it’s been more challenging to find a local Auto Repair business that I trust and does not try to overcharge me or oversell me on services. I highly recommend this repair shop and try to work with Jeyden. He was very efficient and professional.

The service crew was Great. Nice and fast service.

We popped a tire up the street, so stopped in. Brett was super nice, helpful, and got us in and out the same day even though they didn't stock the tires we needed at this location.

Great experience taking my car in for servicing. Love to see honest guys still work in the car repair /maintenance service... Bc that seems to be rare nowadays. Quick service. Will definitely come in again in the future!

My car was making a humming sound brought it in to service street auto. I am so happy with the work and the time, fast and friendly people. AJ was very nice guy, also very polite, they showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. Didn't try to get me for everything I have. I would recommend this place 💯 to everyone
