If one Google's this business name, you will find a number of locations. No matter where you are, drive the distance to this location. This location is clean and welcoming, but that's just the beginning to a incredible experience. It's been a while since I have experienced such an amazing group of talented people. First, they are incredibly helpful when you call. Upon arrival at the store, the greetings, salutations, and immediate willingness to learn of your issue, is simply refreshing! There isn't enough adjectives to describe this group of service providers. I don't make it a practice of recommending businesses and related services, as I believe we have lost all semblance of customer service and respect. However, I will buy you lunch if you find, even the slightest error in my description

Twice I've been to the shop in Meridian and twice they have fixed or repaired my tire gratis. I will be returning to them in the future for any repairs needed.

These guys are amazing! Very efficient and helpful with our tire issues on our Tesla :)

I'm from Colorado Springs, and I was traveling back from Denver, when I visited here with a broken exhaust. They handled everything quickly and friendly. I wish I had written this review immediately so I could remember each their names, but they knew what they were doing. Their knowledge of automotive repairs was very impressive. Thanks guys!

They performed a check prior to purchase of a used car

I took my vehicle here for some extended warranty repair on my air conditioning condenser. Customer service was excellent and they dealt with the extended warranty company with absolutely no problems.

Absolutely love the guys here. Super genuine and trustworthy. Normally I get treated poorly or like I’m stupid at car shops, but the guys here are super respectful and explain things instead of dumbing it down for me.

The Staurday before Easter, I was traveling up to see my son in Denver with a car load of furniture and things to set up his appartment. My car suddenly stopped dead in the middle of I-25. I managed to limp the car to a service road and called for a tow truck. Not knowing the area of town and no idea where to take the car, the tow service recommended going to this new business. To my wonderful surprise they were not only open, but were able to repair my car the same day! They were so courteous and found the parts and repaired my car before 5pm! They were wonderful and I highly recommend there service!

Brought my 1986 Corvette here for tune up services, and it broke down on the way there. Service Street on Lioness blvd., helped diagnose my problems and they also notified me if there was any issues. Overall pretty happy with generel service, I would recomend.

In response to bgill5280, I was ACTUALLY at the shop at the time of this incident as I know these folks well. This lady came in and was incredibly rude to the gentleman working the front counter. He tried to actually help her by getting her a better deal on her oil change as well as explain that oil changes should be done at certain intervals (which this woman CLEARLY exceeded.) After offering a more reasonable solution, she responded with “not being comfortable having work done here” so he asked if there was anything he could do to make her more comfortable or if she would like to go elsewhere. She yelled at him and said how poor his customer service was before leaving. Keep doing what you’re doing young man! You can’t make everyone happy!

I've read the reviews on how fair these guys are and let me just say, ALL of it is true! They offer amazing customer service too! There were a few other things I needed to have looked at and Bruce suggested I wait until their master tech was in to make sure that I did in fact need those things done. They are honest, supportive and very helpful. I will be back as I'm making them my go-to mechanic from here on out. Thanks Service Street - Lioness!
