No complaints at all and only kudos for great customer service. I originally came in for my car's broken low-beam headlight, rear light, and a liquid leak. Easy enough, they fixed it. I was informed one of my brake lights wasn't functioning correctly and required a new kit to fix it. I agreed to the order and was told they would call when the parts arrived then I went home. Once I got home, Matt from Service Street rang my phone and informed me after doing further research my brake light was functioning correctly and I didn't need to do anything further. That has given me trust and satisfaction with Service Street.

My service was done in a timely manner. Front desk was extremely professional as were all of the employees.

Charlie and the team were great. The battery in my wife’s car died after work on a Fri afternoon. We needed the car the next day. Called Charlie and he said bring it in soon. We arrived 15 min later. They replaced it promptly and cleaned off corrosion on the cables and put grease on them as well. Way to go the extra mile guys! Keep it up and you can count on our business again.

I have an older vehicle with high milage and I rely on it heavily to commute between CO and NM. I brought it in for oil change and it seemed fine. The mechanic was astute and identified a problem with the spark plugs that may have resulted in major engine problems. I am grateful for their thoroughness and their honesty.

Charles was very helpful with all my recommended repairs and then Chris came and showed me how dirty my air filter was and Matt talked to me about the benefits of getting my alignment done I recommend this shop to everyone because they are fast they care and they are very honest about what you need to do to your vehicle I have 3 and I rotate them through and Charles, Matt and Chris always help me get the best service keep up the great work guys
