Great shop with excellent customer service. They were able to get my Promaster in the day of calling for service and finished a big job in a day. They also were happy to let me bring in my own part to save some money. A week later I had a breakdown that potentially seemed related to the previous repair. The owner was very compassionate with me about trying to figure things out from a distance as I wasn’t in the area to have them diagnose. Ended up being an unrelated, minor issue. Service they did was solid and my van is running great. Will keep them at the top of my list for future work.

Chris at Service Street provides the best customer service! He’s always friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. Thank you so much, Chris, for everything you do!

I had a great experience at Service Street Tire and Auto Repair in Quincy. The manager, Chris, was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The repair was done quickly without sacrificing quality, and their customer service was top-notch. The technician who worked on my vehicle was clearly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. I’ll definitely be returning for any future auto needs. Highly recommend!

Talk about service! Had a belt snap on the road, being on the weekend I was thinking I'd be out of a car for a few days, since this unexpected mishap, but wow Street service went beyond and got me back on the road in just a few hours, they even stayed open after closing! Extremely pleased and will recommend.

Taylor was amazing and helpful! I usually go to another location but Taylor made my experience top tier by gathering my info and being transparent with the issues with my car and getting me in for an oil change last minute. He was realistic and made sure all my questions were answered too. The staff at this location all are clearly driven by customer service in general, can’t recommend them enough!

Repair "check engine light on" . Quick response, but price for troubleshooting $195.11 and not voided, when repairs done. Service 20-30% more expensive same fix at near automobile shops

I have an older vehicle with high mileage and I rely on it heavily to commute between CO and NM. I brought it in for oil change and it seemed fine. The mechanic was astute and identified a problem with the spark plugs that may have resulted in major engine problems. I am grateful for their thoroughness and their honesty.

This is the only shop I will go to. Friendly service professionals, quality work, and a reasonable price. A one stop shop for all my vehicles needs.
