No one else could figure out why I had a Crank, No Start condition on my car. These guys (I primarily dealt with Todd and Sonny, both of whom were AWESOME) got it starting better than it has the entire time I’ve owned the car. I’ll never take a vehicle of mine anywhere else!!! Really can’t say enough about how happy I am with the service they provided!

Sonny assisted me today first on the phone and because of he honestly on the phone l chose to have the work needed to be done done here. Sonny’s customer service skills are outstanding he really went the extra mile for me today. Thank you management for following up with my complaint... SONNY is great for customer service and treats everyone with respect and dignity. I will only work with Sonny or Rob... Awesome service and extremely professional and fast!

I took my car to Service Street because I was hearing a squealing noise. The manager was very friendly and professional. They were able to figure out the noise and had my car fixed the same day. I highly recommend them.

I had my car broken for 7months and then Todd and his team fixed everything in one day. From my brake pads to my ball and chain

Called them about a service light on the car and dropped it off that day. The service writers both were very professional and on point with the service provided. They called us and gave a quote and had the work done same day on a Saturday! Very impressed with the facility and staff!

Highly recommended! They were honest and Through! I actually thought I had an issue that would of been pretty expensive, upon getting to the shop they checked and explained that there wasn’t a problem! They could of took advantage of me and charged over a thousand dollars but I left there not paying a dime and the problem I had must have been something like the cold weather! Its hard to find an honest Machanic and these guys are just that! HONEST! If I have an issue In the future, this is where I’ll go!

Rob was absolutely amazing, they got me in immediately and worked on getting me everything done and at a price that was extremely reasonable. I can't appreciate enough the effort they put in to get my car back on the road. I will only bring my car here in the future.
