These gentlemen were courteous, made me laugh, and they took good care of me and my vehicle. They let me know from the outset that they expected it to take well over an hour to get me in but in the end they finished the oil change in under an hour. I will definitely be going back to this service Street location in the future.

They did a good job, bought the 5 pack oil changes for synthetic oil. Did the oil change quickly and sent a Lyft to pick me up.

They were phenomenal and the best priced place I have come across!

I called and was told I could come right in without an appointment. I was worried I may need at the least a wheel alignment. Within five minutes my car was taken in and looked at. He was honest and said he thinks its my tire I recently purchased before I moved here that was causing the pulling. He switched them to confirm the suspicion and test drove it again. Even suggested what I should do! NO CHARGE FOR THIS DIAGNOSTIC! I was so thankful and if I ever need anywork done I’ll be back!

Loved my experience and Tyler was great. Even though I was running late he still got me in. He made quick work of my oil change and inspection. Took the time to walk me through all of his recommended repairs physically showing me everything.

This place was great! I called right at opening and described what was going on with my car. They got me in to drop my car off within the hour, and they got to work right away on it. It turned out that both of my front hub bearings on my front wheels of my Jeep needed to be replaced. The value for the work done was as expected, and they had my car back to me later the same day! Highly recommended!

I mistakenly missed my appointment by a day but they were still able to service my car with a very quick 1 hour turnaround. I only had an oil change, tire rotation and headlamp replacement, but was pleasantly surprised they were able to get me back on the road so quickly. Will be visiting again in the future.

The lobby was far more professional than other places, the people were smart and knowledgeable but also sociable. They never talked down to me and didn’t try to sell me services that I didn’t need. I felt so good here that I got the 5 oil change plan and know I will come back for anything I neeed. Highly recommend!

With my Escape hitting 200k earlier this year and having an upcoming trip coming up I decided I wanted to take my car in to just get an overall check up this summer. I normally have a guy I know do most of my car work, but there are some things that he is unable to do including doing anything with the car’s coolant. So I thought it best to take it into an actual shop to get everything checked including my coolant system. I took it into another garage first (won’t mention their name since I am giving them the benefit of the doubt) and they made a number of recommendations but nothing major And they mentioned no issues with my coolant system. I took their recommendations and got a couple of things fixed/swapped out. Then a couple of days after I had them look at my car, it overheated on the highway. The other place had said they flushed my coolant system when they checked everything out, but apparently they didn’t check everything good enough because I had to take my car back in. I wasn’t 100% sure if the original place did something to screw up my car (it hadn’t ever overheated any time before I had them look at it). So this time I took it into Service Street instead. Service Street found I needed a new water pump, new hoses and a new belt.. It turned out to be a bit more than I wanted to pay, but to be honest I probably would have felt that no matter where I took it (it’s why I have my normal guy do most of my work). Bottom line was that I needed the work done, especially with a trip coming up. And I am very thankful I did as my trip to South Dakota had us driving through a couple of days of 105-110 heat. The car handled it all like a pro which might not have been the case if I hadn’t had to take it in. Also, they were able to fix a chronic AC issue as well when fixing everything which also helped out immensely when driving thru that intense heat. So I am very happy I ended up taking it in to Service Street. Having a successful trip back home an back made it worth the money spent. If there’s anything my normal guy can’t fix I would probably be willing to take it back to their shop.
