Tyler was incredibly helpful. We recently moved from North Dakota to Aurora, and I’d had a check engine light illuminated on my Santa Fe for an number of years prior to our move. The dealer in ND could not figure out the issue. I stopped at Service Street with no appointment, Tyler read the codes, immediately suggested the correct test methodology to diagnose the issue, and had the diagnostics complete within an hour. He detailed everything that would need to happen, and once I authorized the repair, he ordered the parts, installed them, and retested in just a few hours. Amazing service - we have definitely found our local auto service center for any future needs.

Just wanted to shout out Tyler for his amazing professionalism, his straightforward and honest inspection, and his overall friendliness. I came in for an Oil Change on my 2017 Ford Fusion that I haven't had any work done to it since the pandemic began. He informed me during my oil change that I would need some fluids flushed and replaced, and we were able to schedule the services done for ahead of time, with him telling me what he thought should be done in order of importance. I also had a Mazdaspeed3 with a flat tire at the time, and they were more than friendly about it, filled up my tire with air and I was able to drive home and change the tire myself. Really great person to work with, thanks Tyler!
