Very quick and professional. No complaints

This team is very friendly, efficient, honest and very understanding of not only the needs of my car but also of my time and money. It is very difficult for a single woman to feel confident in car care decisions most days but I never feel like I am being taken advantage of with this team. So happy they are just down the street!

Staff is very friendly. It was an easy check- in process. Work was completed in the time frame that was given to me.

They did the work on my truck and were able to save me some money on parts not needed and they finished the work way ahead of the time that was promised

Matt and his team were great. I’ve gone to them a few times now and would recommend you do too. They do the work as promised, at a reasonable price and have never felt pressured to do more than I need for my car.

This is hands down the greatest customer service I have ever had. I was stranded in Colorado trying to get back to Canada, and they took me in right away and assessed my car. They scrambled to find a part quickly across town and had the whole diagnosis and job done in 2 hours. Chris was extremely helpful and even gave me a break on the price. They worked so hard to get me back on the road and Chris even gave advice and tips on how to prevent this happening again. 10/10 would recommend, if I lived in CO this would be my go-to shop. Thanks guys.

Always white glove experience at Service Street and always honest answers. Amazing and professional staff.

I was on my way to pick up my daughter from day camp and realized I had a completely flat rear tire. I stopped in here to see if they could patch it, but they were busy and couldn’t fit me in quickly enough for me to be able to pick up my daughter on time. Regardless, the manager was super helpful and went ahead and topped off my tire for free so I could get a little further and pick up my daughter on time. Much appreciated! I’ll definitely be back.

Es obligatorio para mi escribir un comentario acerca de mi visita el día Julio 15/2025, desde que llegué me recibió Matt un asociado de tienda le comenté sobre el problema de mi Honda CR-V, tenía encendida la luz de falta presión de neumáticos, Matt chequeo la presión de los 4 neumáticos y como a ninguno de faltaba presión entró al sistema del vehículo y restableció la computadora borrando el aviso en el panel del control, todo esto gratuitamente, luego ingresó el carro al taller para balanceo de las 2 llantas delanteras, yo vengo de California y nunca había recibido una atención tan excelente, estoy súper agradecido con Matt y con Service Street, los recomiendo enormemente y como no puedo darles 10 estrellas, les doy el máximo disponible 5 estrellas, muchas gracias

Excellent service had a low tire on the road. Happened to notice. Came straight to Big O and Ronnie said I was next that he would take care of it next.super fast and friendly. Would recommend for all service and tire needs

Great shop with excellent customer service. They were able to get my Promaster in the day of calling for service and finished a big job in a day. They also were happy to let me bring in my own part to save some money. A week later I had a breakdown that potentially seemed related to the previous repair. The owner was very compassionate with me about trying to figure things out from a distance as I wasn’t in the area to have them diagnose. Ended up being an unrelated, minor issue. Service they did was solid and my van is running great. Will keep them at the top of my list for future work.
