Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful when I needed my pathfinder inspected and repaired. I was quoted a fair price, and that price never changed throughout the repair. They called to make sure I was okay with the alignment and replacing the brakes before they started. I told them I had to get my kids from school at 3, and they made sure they were done before then. I’m really happy with this Service Street location and will continue to go here for repairs

This is my first time at this location and I will definitely be back. Shelly was so friendly, the service manager was knowledgeable and explained everything to me and the work was completed so quickly! Thank you!

I was driving through and had a last minute issue with my car. I limped my car to this shop and they were able to diagnose, find the part, and get it fixed within a couple of hours. This level of customer service isn't seen much anymore and to meet a group of friendly mechanics who were willing and able to fix this so fast has been an amazing experience. Thank you all for helping me out of this tough situation!

First time coming here but definitely not going anywhere else. Great customer service and knowledgeable on any questions i had. Shelly and Teton were upfront and they were so friendly. Service was quick and good price compare to other auto places ive been to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I always use Service Street for my oil changes and any car repair needs. Their customer service is top notch and a lot of the times when I go in the oil changes are quick and the staff are pleasant. My recent visit is a great example. I noticed my cover fell down and was told my oil was leaking. I went to a different shop in a pinch and should have known better. They messed up the oil change and caused a leak that could have been avoided and some residual oil on the cover. Todd took it right back, got it lifted up, and brought me back to show me their work was solid and it was from the last job. Todd’s been a pleasure to work with the times I’ve been in. While he got it cleaned up and tighten up, Shelly was a pleasure to talk to at the front and did a great job getting me checked in when I showed up. Thank you Service Street. Putting your customers first goes a long way in today’s world!

Very friendly and quick!!! No pressure!!

I called in late yesterday morning needing an oil change and Rachelle told me that if I was free now I could come right in. I jet my car over there and was checked right in, they asked if I needed anything else and I asked for my brakes to be checked. Rachelle was super nice and funny, she let me know one gentleman was in front of me then they would take my car. I waited for less than 30 minutes and they were already done! Speedy and wonderful, they let me know I’ll need a transmission flush-and I’ll have to leave my car. Will def be going back so I can use their services again and get the free shuttle service! Awesome place highly recommended and will definitely go back! Thank you!!!

This was a great recommendation for some issues I was having with my breaks! Everyone was super nice, stuck to the appointment time. Explained everything and even took my out to see what they were seeing. Was truthful with cost and repairs. Definitely will be back.

my experience at service street was exceptional! Shelly and Tadan were beyond helpful with letting me know what was going on with my car. the only down fall to this experience was a crazy Karen came in screaming and making demands and being extremely rude to the staff, but even throughout that totally unnecessary situation the way shelly and Tadan handled the situation with so much professionalism and respect I definitely will be returning! Not only did they fix my car in a timely matter, but we’re some of the nicest people i’ve met.

I had an emergency antifreeze leak that was noticed by another nice driver who noticed it, I went to the nearest auto repair place, Service Street, and I was glad I stopped there. This place had the nicest/friendliest people working there who had diagnosed and repaired my auto within a very reasonable time and priced just right. I did not feel taken advantage of. It was an overall positive experience. I will definitely be returning here for regular maintenance or repairs.

I called and brought the vehicle in the afternoon and they had my vehicle done by the end of business day. They sent a copy of the diagnostic report to my email explaining the exact problem and price of repairs. They were very professional and nice during the whole process. They were great!!!!!!!

Went in regarding a knocking we heard. Todd gave us an initial diagnosis and an honest opinion. This is why we drive from 104th and Tower to have our vehicles serviced at Service Street.

They turned a negative experience into a positive one. In this area my car was repeatedly broken into and damaged. They were able to fix it and more. I truly appreciate it. And was able to move out on time. Sorry for the old review

The guys at Service Street are amazing. They diagnosed my car and fixed the turbo within a few days. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely will be going back to them for my car needs!
