I LOVE this place! I know, it's a strange thing to say about an auto mechanic but I really mean it! There is ZERO pressure, no "upselling" and they do a fanatic job. I took my car in for several services and if there was anything on their part they may have gotten incorrect? They take full responsibility and make it work. Del and Melissa make me feel welcomed every time they see me. They greet me by name and are just awesome at making my experiences there amazing. They have great coupons and discounts on services all the time. They're honest and fair. I'm a customer for life! And my Nissan Cube runs great!

This is my 2nd time using Service Street. They were friendly and accurate on the final repair cost. My 2011 Rav 4 needed struts. I also got an oil change and rotate. My car was ready as promised the same day. They also honored my veteran status. My car runs better ever. Thank you.

Tadan and his team are without a doubt, incredible, kind, and smart techs. They took the time to talk to me like a real human and called all sorts of warranty places for me so I didn’t have to do a thing. Although, we are not using them to finish our engine rebuild, due to recalls from the company, I will be back for every oil change, tire issue and anything else we need to fix. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I literally love these people and place.

I had an appointment for an oil change, not realizing my car wasn’t due for one. When my car was taken back, the manager informed me that my oil was still good. I appreciate the honesty and will go back when it’s time.

Taden and the guys at Service Street -Quincy did amazing, really took care of the truck and did a great, complete and fast job. They gave service recommendations and were thorough in the service and inspections. Don't hesitate to use these guys, I know we won't if we need anything else!

I noticed oil under my car and dropped by Service Street Auto Repair. They generously looked at it for free and found a loose oil drainage tube. They tightened it and topped off my oil and wouldn't let me pay a cent. (Note that I had taken my car for an oil change at the dealer months before and the loose tube was by no means the fault of Service Street Auto Repair).
