I still have nothing but good things to say about this location. They are now implementing an email notification system for suggested work that is really easy to use. Good explanations of what they've seen on your vehicle and why you should get additional maintenance performed.

Services Street was really easy to schedule a routine oil change. Their online scheduler was really convenient and their staff was very responsive. Someone called to inform me that my original date of appointment was overbooked due to the holiday weekend. They were professional and friendly. The turn around time was great (text messages notification as well as a personal courtesy call!). We ended up buying their punch card for 5 oil changes and tire rotations since it was a good value and you can have it apply to any vehicles for your household. It’s not looted to just one car. Would def recommend them for quick oil change. I appreciated how their billing system gives you a link to review any work that they recommend (with notes of the scope of work, clear pricing, and totaling of costs). You have the ability to accept or decline the particular services, so it’s very transparent. Once you decline a service from their list, it takes the system a while to correctly balance away the charges (once you accept/decline every line item). I think it’s a software issue…. But it was very honest and transparent as a whole.
