I was told it would take 45-60 minutes to change my battery. It took 30 minutes. Great customer service. I was shown the scope of work and how it was going to be done.

Fantastic customer service! Everything was amazing!

I cannot possibly rave enough about the level of customer service at Service Street. We use them any time we need a repair and they always do excellent work and are very quick and good at communicating. But beyond that, I’m even more impressed with their honesty. Todd checked the CARFAX on my car and noticed that the dealership I bought it from supposedly fixed the problem that the car was having. He could have just told me he would fix it and charged me, but instead he had the integrity to suggest we go back to the dealership first to have them do it. I will never go anywhere else for my car problems. We are loyal customers for life.

Good service and good people. While I was only there to get my oil changed as a first time customer (which went smoothly - no complaints), I was most impressed with the conversations I heard in the background when they likely didn’t think I was listening. I heard them discussing ways to repair a guys car as cost effectively as possible because they knew he was light on cash, heard them argue with a parts supplier on behalf of a customer for providing sub-par parts and heard them give good advice to a guy looking for one service (which they provided) but also told him when to throw in the towel because they’d seen too many people sink too much money into the model he drove. That honesty and integrity I saw from them dealing with others has earned my business going forward. These are the kind of people you want working on your car and looking out for you.

These people are friendly and welcoming! Won't try and give you unnecessary repairs. So much nicer than the Dealership!!

I walked in to see if they could change a headlight but was pleasantly surprised to find out they had so much more to offer. So, I got my oil changed and they also fixed my headlight. Friendly and professional staff, I will be returning for other services.

The Quincy location accommodated me even though the online appointment service times don't align with the in store availability. Josh did a great job of helping me and made me feel valued as a customer. Everyone at this location was friendly and helpful. I will be back!

I came in with a broken car of which I did not know the cause. The staff was honest and straight to the point with what was wrong with my car. The haste of the staff was quite surprising and pleasant. I would recommend taking your vehicle here if you want good service and honest repairs.

Quick service, friendly staff

Tadan was outstanding, he knew what was wrong with my Buick that the valve cover gasket were leaking and replaced the gasket set. He was so professional and even made sure that I received the very best price on my repair. I would not go any where else with the excellent service you get at Service Street Auto Repair.
