My son-in-law was deployed overseas with the military and had asked me to take his truck into Service Street for some routine preventative maintenance work. I was impressed by the professional manner of communication exhibited by all the folks working at the service desk and their “can-do”, positive attitude. I’ve since become a repeat customer myself, for service work on my own truck and my wife’s car as well. Chris and the Team at Service Street are the best! Brought vehicle in for basic maintenance. Oil change wipers and filters. And I have never felt more safe and entrusted to give someone my business before with my vehicle. It was simple and easy. And they found issues I had no idea about. Brought me out to the shop to show me all the safety concerns they found with my vehicle. And I was shocked that I was unaware of these issues. They got me safe transportation home while the repairs were being done. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I have a found a shop that I trust and that I can safely recommend to my friends and family. I will be back!!!!

Came in for an oil change and to inspect a leak. I'm happy to say that I had an overwhelmingly positive experience! The front desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful, and I felt my car issues were addressed without making me feel pressured or overwhelmed with things I don't understand. I was afraid I was going to need a new car, and the staff helped relieve my stress, and get the repairs fixed! The manager, Chris, introduced himself and made the entire atmosphere feel like family. I'm now safely back on the road. I will definitely be back!!

Quick & trustworthy

Got my oil changed on my 4Runner and some future headaches fixed. Manager Chris was great at explaining the issues. Apparently other shops had stripped out some bolts and never fixed them so my skid plate was barely hanging on. They showed me the rusted out spots where bolts were supposed to be. Got me squared away. I will return.
