They screwed the oil plug on too tight the last time but they made it right! I not only got a new oil plug but was also worried they screwed up my oil pan. So, when I complained how they also got dirt on my seat last time they gave me half off my oil change. Now, that they cared enough about their customer service to do that I will give them five stars for their service.

Guy were fast and honest. Very tough to find in mechanics these days.

I have been impressed each time I’ve been here. Not only have they treated me with respect but my teen daughter as well. I’ve had to send her there a couple of times when I’ve been unable to help and they treated her very well. They are quick and friendly! Take your vehicle in and see!!

I've done business with a number of auto service companies in the past but I've never had the quality of service that I've received here. I have a sense of confidence that I'm always going to get an honest answer when I ask a question or have an issue and I've never felt like an inconvenience or a hassle. The staff here is kind, courteous, and understands how far good customers service can take a business. I'm truly impressed.

They took care of my sons older Pontiac and got him back on the road with minimal fuss. Really enjoyed the fact that they have folks skilled in the older cars and put my fears to rest about my son and this car.

Brought in my white 95 Cherokee lifted on 33s and Chris smith greeted me at the front door and diagnosed my power steering leak within the first 10 minutes of service. I couldn't afford the repairs at the time but he offered me 0 percent financing for up to 12 months on the repairs. Fast and friendly service with complimentary shuttle .... ask for Chris !

We've been taking our vehicles to this Service Street for the past couple years and have always been pleased with the service. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Despite not always understanding the mechanics of issues with our cars, I never feel like I'm being talked down to or made fun of. Their 5 packs for oil changes are a great price; especially since if there is an issue with a car, they can fix it right there. And if it takes longer than you want to wait there, Southlands Mall is right there to hang out at or Service Street will get you a ride back to your home. I highly recommend Service Street for both general maintenance work and problematic work on any vehicle.

All the techs are super friendly and helpful!!! They let you know if there are other problems with your vehicle so you can keep an eye on things that are wrong.
