*****UPDATE***** I brought my Ford escape to these guys. And I'm telling you... If you want a mechanic that is trustworthy, honest and genuinely worried about YOUR saftey on the road....THESE ARE THE GUYS! Don't believe me.... Just stop in and chat with these guys. You will get exactly what I'm talking about! Will only bring my cars here!!! Had my Buick checked out here. The guys were so honest and so helpful. They saved me from wasting hundreds! Plus, when my daughter and I went to Walmart to wait they picked us up so that we didn't have to walk. Just all around great guys!! Will be back before I head back to Washington State!!

Chris was able to get me in right away without an appointment. Diagnosed the problem within a half hour. Promised the work would be completed in four hours. Had a call within the hours ready for pick up.

I will never go anywhere else to get my car serviced! My car died in my garage this morning, and they helped me figure out how to get the car out. They also kept me informed about everything that needed to be done, and kept my cost to a minimum. They were so helpful, and even picked me up so that I could get my car! Dave and Chris were amazing!!!

They screwed the oil plug on too tight the last time but they made it right! I not only got a new oil plug but was also worried they screwed up my oil pan. So, when I complained how they also got dirt on my seat last time they gave me half off my oil change. Now, that they cared enough about their customer service to do that I will give them five stars for their service.

Guy were fast and honest. Very tough to find in mechanics these days.

I have been impressed each time I’ve been here. Not only have they treated me with respect but my teen daughter as well. I’ve had to send her there a couple of times when I’ve been unable to help and they treated her very well. They are quick and friendly! Take your vehicle in and see!!

I always have good experiences at Service Street. Chris, the manager is a standup guy, always going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Nice to have a reliable and trustworthy go-to car spot.

I've done business with a number of auto service companies in the past but I've never had the quality of service that I've received here. I have a sense of confidence that I'm always going to get an honest answer when I ask a question or have an issue and I've never felt like an inconvenience or a hassle. The staff here is kind, courteous, and understands how far good customers service can take a business. I'm truly impressed.
