Their work is awesome and reliable. They take the time to call and ask you about additional repairs that come up during a service. A really great place to take your vehicle for service!

Always courteous and makes time for repairs to be done that day (if possible) will always tell you what is needed and asks permission before doing work.

Great, quality, professional auto service business, based on honesty and integrity. Recently, I bought a SUV from a private party and called to inquire on getting a diagnostic completed. The employee accidentally underquoted myself the incorrect cost of the service. When I arrived for my appointment the employee at the front desk honored the substantially underquoted cost for the service. In addition, Service Street did an excellent job, and I will be using them for my future automotive needs. Thank you.

Service Street Auto Repair (at the Southlands location specifically) has been recommended to me by two different people. After my Toyota Care ended, I wanted to find a dependable place that was quick, friendly, trustworthy, and nearby. Service Street does not disappoint. The staff are funny and keep it real. I'll be taking all my auto needs to them.

First time here...will definitely be back. Just my luck I come in for an oil change and ended up needing a few more things done 😔. IT WAS OK THOUGH! Todd and everyone else I spoke with was awesome with great customer service. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg for parts and labor and they didn't keep my car for days. I got it back the same day.

Todd was wonderful to work with. He actually reminded me quite a bit of My dad. My dad died a few months ago and he always did the oil changes and maintenance on my car. This was the first time having it done by someone else. They found a problem with my car and they were able to fix it! My car feels brand new! I'm a student out of state and need. Great experience, first time there. Delivered as promised. Everybody was professional and friendly. Great service and great price. My only complaint, and it's very, very, very, minor is the website said I could wait for the car, but when I got there, the gentleman said there was no waiting room available. Didn't really matter, I walked around the area, service was done quickly but just wanted to let you guys know that. Other than that it was a really good experience... Thanks so much!
