ED is a Saint! On December 16th 2021 I was hit by an unlicensed driver, driving a company vehicle! ( I know stupid) I've been battling the company's insurance because they think they shouldn't have to pay. I only have one vehicle and the undercarriage of my car ended up needing $2100 in repairs since the accident destroyed my suspension, alignment, and did some warping. Ed and his team did the most possible to make sure I was taken care of, and I was able to finance the repairs while being tied up with insurance. They kept me up to date on my vehicle, and provided me a full report of the repairs done to my car. Not just that but Ed wrote an email explaining the repairs, so I could submit them to insurance, explaining the damages were caused by the accident! Because this company works with carfax we were able to verify that my vehicle had never had alignment issues before this accident! Ed and his team genuinely went above and beyond to take care of me and my situation and made this process as smooth as possible! I'm am soooo soooo thankful, and highly recommend this service street store! They have earned and kept my business for 3 years now, and will for years to come! 10/10, I'm 100% satisfied with my experience, and Ed and his team deserve to all get a raise!

Excellent service

Solid experience. I was going to do 4-stars because they kept our car later than expected after initially putting out that same day service is their thing, but they had great service and did a good job keeping me posted on issues that caused the delay that were out of their control. Eddie was great to work with. Can’t speak to pricing because I didn’t get to look around different repair shops. Would definitely recommend.

They were Very nice to work with, listened and followed through with what my concerns were and did a very clean job!

Very pleased with my experience. I noticed my check engine light was on. They diagnosed the cause. Checked everything and retested the check engine light and determined everything was fine and sent me on my way. Service Street will be my new auto repair shop. They could of charged me a ton but they were honest and didn’t charge me a dime.

Worked on my subaru number of times, always helpful.

I just came in to get an inspection but they were professional. They provided me with a carfax and all the details of what they found.

It's been a long time since I've gotten my car fixed here and this review is well past due but after more than 2months of my car being serviced here, I can honestly say I am happy that I came here. I had alot of things wrong with my car when I brought it in and I wanted everything to be addressed and fixed so I could depend on the only car I had that wasn't running at the time, to get me and my family around. Since coming here, my car has been running really good and I have no complaints what so ever. I am definitely a happy customer and would absolutely come back. They were very professional and did a thorough diagnostic on car and took care of all my major issues that I asked for and I haven't had any problems since. My car was done in under 2 days! With all the problems I was having I was so appreciative on how fast they completed it! And the pricing for it all was very reasonable! Thank you service street!
