Desil Oil Change

Dropped off my truck the night before, woke up the next morning, called and Eddie hooked it up. Ordered the parts, and the technician got it in the bay and knock the work out within a few hours! Awesome job! These guys were on top of it!

These guys are quick and efficient!! Always great customer service and I feel like these guys really look out for you and aren’t trying to just take your money. Other me Janice I’ve gone to have told me they found a lot wrong with my car and it needed to be done asap. But I go here and they say they found minimal things wrong with my car and I can wait to get it done if my work schedule was too busy for me to bring it back in asap which tells me other mechanics were trying to convince me otherwise and just wanted my money. I recommend this place to all my friends and coworkers!

Took them my SUV. It stalled after another local shop really did a number to my fuel system. From start to finish these guy where professional and quick. Chris got my SUV running and back on the streets within a few days! Very pleased.

I've been here several times for my vehicles and their service is great and always very friendly and customer oriented. They do a great job diagnosing issues and always let you know exactly what they are doing to fix the problem.

Great service, friendly non-pushy staff and seemed to want to put customer service first. I'll be back hoping for the same results!

Service street was really beyond exceptional service, honest straight forward and patient when dealing with me, my warranty company and the dealership I got my vehicle from (long story). But Service Street should receive a plaque on providing the best customer service in the mechanic industry. Definitely will use them again.

I absolutely recommend the team at the Southlands Location and if every location is as serviceable and hospitable as this team I’ll never use a different shop. The team is so professional and it feels like a family, kind of like the shops we run out at sea. The guys are always willing to go the extra mile to provide helpful service and feedback, as well as future recommendations that myself and my girlfriend hold on to and go to them when we can. You’ll never be disrespected or turned away, all phone calls and questions will be answered quickly and in a timely manner. I’ve done everything from Oil Cooling repair to just now getting brakes and rotors. The turnaround was quick but even if it wasn’t the quality is always amazing. They offer warranty on their work and I fully recommend their oil change bundle deal. 5 oil changes that cost about the same as 1.5 in today’s market of parts/labor and your tires get rotated during that time. 10/10 would recommend and if I were to get called by the owner themselves to verify this I could go on for hours about how much I love this location. P.S. I’m not a bot, and I know what your thinking. That’s exactly what a bot would say, but everyone knows that the Turing test has only ever been beaten by a few bots and it’s only during conversational pieces to form human answers. #FreeWeezy

Stopped in with an urgent problem. The customer service at this shop is exceeding standards and setting standards of what customer service should be. Needless to say my car was in and out will definitely be a customer for life.

Eddie gave exceptional customer service and a clear concise diagnostic report. The technician who worked on my car gave it a lot of TLC to get to the root and get me back on the road quickly. Will definitely choose them again.

Service Street is my go-to local auto shop. If it’s not a dealership specific repair, they do a great job. Foreign and domestic, they have treated me well taking care of oil changes, alignments, suspension work, engine diagnosics, tune up, etc.
