Booked an appointment for opening at 7 AM. We had snow in the morning. Their team was at the shop and ready to go. Quick oil change and a flat repair. A couple of recommendations for maintenance (Mechanic actually said that for the age and miles on the vehicle, may not be worth the investment. Simply top off the fluids when you come in for oil changes and we will watch to see if anything needs to be done.). No hard-sell on anything. A pleasure to work with.

At first I was feeling a little nervous because it seems like every mechanic is a scammer these days. My Toyota is 15 years old and was still rocking the original brake rotors, calipers, discs as well as having ancient brake pads and brake fluid. Sam told us only the front brake pads would need replacing and that it would be $600. Couple hours later, he told us the back brake pads as well as all the rotors, fluid and calipers needed a change too and that it would come to $1200 total. This made me wary because it felt like they were kinda pulling us around just for profit, like every other mechanic I've worked with. HOWEVER! Upon picking the car up Sam came out with my old calipers and brake pads and showed me why they needed replacing (cause they were worn down to the bone and just overall busted). He also did the labor on the back brakes for free since he did not catch the issue the first time. Plus, they gave us a 5 year warranty on all work done. They also tested it after the service to make sure all the work was sound. And, one of the most remarkable things of all, got the work done all in one day and let me pick it up about half an hour after closing. Truly exceptional service. Now the brakes look great and it rides like a dream again.

My car suddenly broke down side of the road. Coolant leaking everywhere. Service Street just happened to be the closest station and willing to have me come and drop my car off. While they were more than willing to help get things repaired they mentioned that it might be under warranty. After checking with my dealer the issue was in fact under warranty. I can imagine other shops prefering to make a fast dollar would not have mentioned that. I really appreciate the honesty!

Sam was really helpful. He clearly explained what work needed to be done and what the cost would be. All the staff was very friendly 😊

really professional people and friendly

My jeep threw out a CV axle on my way home. I limped it to service street and they were able to get my jeep in late Saturday evening. They had it fixed and ready before noon on Monday as they are closed Sundays, so in the grand scheme it only took them a few hours to get fixed! They called me after they fixed both sides of the front end to inform me that they recommended an alignment which they also performed. They had some future recommendations for me but I was unable to get them done not due to their cost but because I just had a surgery performed that was thousand out of pocket. It drives great and the price was fair, I'd recommend them to anyone, thanks to daren and the guys! Great job, you've earned my business!

Very nice and got my car in and out. Was advised on getting new air filters and did so. Will be back for next oil change.
