Doug got me in quickly and explained all the services they could take care of for me. They never pressured me into additional service, but made future recommendations. I think they gave me a fair price and even beat my quote from another repair shop. Thanks guys.

My experience at Service Street was by far the best experience I've had at any repair shop. I ran into some unique issues with my '99 Tacoma but the guys at Service Street were able to get me back on the road. Nathan was extremely professional and went out of his way to keep me updated while they were trying to find a solution to the issues I was having. I'm really happy that I went here and I will definitely use them again in the future!

Called in, made an appointment for an oil change. They went over any maintenance that I need to know for the future. Very friendly staff and will use Service Street again for my cars

My only issue, a bit pricy but they do warranty their work. Unfortunately I dnt have this shop near my home. I do have 2 admit they r very good n take car of u n ur vehicle.

I was very impressed with the honesty of Edward and the other employees. I brought my car in to have it looked at, as it was making a noise. They could have easily found something "wrong" and yet they didn't. They said my car was fine, and gave me a few simple suggestions to fix it myself. I appreciate and respect businesses with employees who show honesty and integrity!

This shop is great! They always find time to fit me in. If it’s not right, they have fixed it a second time without any charges at all. Excellent customer service and very quick even when my car has needed a lot of work! Highly recommend.

I’ve gotten my oil changed here multiple times and the service has been nothing short of amazing. They don’t pressure you into getting anything done other than what you ask, but they do make honest recommendations. They get their work done in a timely manner, but also make sure to take the care to do a good job. Wouldn’t trust anywhere else to work on my car!

I thought the experience at Service Street was great. They do a great job of showing you issues that are observed on your vehicle so you can weigh your options properly before giving the go ahead on the work or deciding to hold off. I think that is a very valuable situation to be in. At no time have I ever felt pressured to get work done. My wife recently passed away and I’ve had to deal with a whole bunch of things that I never thought I’d have to deal with. Cash is tight and I feel like the staff at Service Street are sympathetic to my situation and make recommendations accordingly. Also, they are very convenient. Will definitely keep bringing my vehicle to these guys. Give them a try!

I brought my car in for some routine maintenance recently. The guys up front were helpful and fast. I waited at the garage while the team in back completed the work. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, and they offered coffee on the house! My car was ready for me in a very reasonable time, and the staff treated me well.

I’ve been putting off getting an oil change but finally got around to it (no excuses since the shop is basically across the street from me). Called and they could see me immediately. Highly recommend the 5pack of oil changes for $200 (for synthetic) — anybody can use them and there’s no expiration date. Thanks for your promptness and great personality, Doug!

Service street is the place to go, best value in oil changes. We had small oil leak at the oil plug, they took care of the problem.
