I was having some trouble getting a caliper bolt loose on my Forerunner, but they got me in for a consultation right away and had me scheduled for the next day. I was able to use the rotors and brakes I’d purchased online, which was a huge plus. From the front desk staff to the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, the customer service was exceptional. They really went above and beyond. I also noticed they offer an oil change package that’s an incredible value, and I’ll definitely be taking advantage of that. Thanks again for the fantastic service!

These guys go above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable with everything up front. There are no surprises. The entire staff is friendly, they truly care about you and your vehicle. UPDATE: I just had a different vehicle serviced here, and the attention to detail, the friendliness of all staff, and the quality of work, all remain second to none. I recommend this location in Highlands Ranch without any reservation. Sam and the crew are simply outstanding!

Fast, professional, and saved me time! They fixed the underbody splash shield on my Ioniq 5 with new push pins. No appointment needed in my case. Super efficient and friendly. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I thought I had a tire issue so I went to discount tire across the lot, spent 45 minutes there for them to do a rebalance only for it to not help my issue at all. Came to service street and immediately the awesome team there new something was wrong because of the loud noises my car was making reversing into the parking spot. Turns out a different mechanic shop across town that replaced my brakes didn't tighten the bolts properly, long story short not only did service street explain the issue and the managers of it to me effectively, they even tightened everything up for FREE! 10/10 customer service, even offering complimentary rides to and from the shop/ my house. Have already told several people about the phenomenal job you guys did and will definitely go there again next time ANYTHING is wrong. P.S I believe the receptionist was named Karla she was fantastic!

Took my car in for an alignment Saturday afternoon with no appointment. They got me in right away and quickly finished the alignment and oil change before close of business. They provided free shuttle service to and from my home and Jodie at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with some requests I made and questions I had. All in all, I am very happy with the service I received.

Amazing service! The bottom of my car was dragging on the ground -- brought my car in and it was fixed before I even finished my lunch next door. And best of all, they didn't even charge me for it! Hard to get this level of service and integrity in 2025. Can't recommend this place enough (:

I have had my 2019 BMW serviced at this location twice. Both times earn them 5 stars. On my most recent visit one item I wanted to check was the status of my rear brakes, I thought they might be due. They checked them and gave me a thickness reading on the inner and outer brake pad thickness, pads not needed yet. I also had them do a radiator coolant flush which was past due. They recommended a pressure check since my coolant reservoir was low, good recommendation with summer coming on. Mason, the service advisor was friendly and professional as was Sam the manger who I spoke with briefly. I heartily recommend this location.

I don’t even know where to begin. This is the best auto place I have ever been to. I was having a really hard day. My car just shut down. I paid to get it jumped and then it didn’t work and I was directed to go to this place and they gave me a great deal paid for my Lyft so I can get home safely and I could not thank you enough thank you so much and God bless.

These guys really do care about their community. Auto repair isn't always a fun conversation to have but these guys certainly make it feel less daunting. From the excellent customer service to their knowledge of whats going on under the hood of your car. You can't get better service, I mean it's in their name! My last visit Anthony helped me out and man this guy helped get my car taken care of and my mood! 10/10, highly recommend!

I have 93 jeep grand Cherokee that is a project. Christian was fantastic to deal with. Quinton was my technician and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future 👍
