Fantastic would be coming here more often

As a lady going to service shops can be frustrating because they can make a little fix such a big deal. I have gone to this location multiple times. They always educate me on what’s important and don’t pressure me into fixing things that aren’t needed. Adam and Sam are always so wonderful! Thank you for helping me out!

Service Street is a great place to go if you need a mechanic for your car. I took my 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan to this shop because several shops are hesitant to work on wheelchair-accessible low conversion vans. Sam, the general manager, is wonderful to work with and he is my favorite person here. He was willing to take the time to understand my concerns and he is very respectful of individuals like myself. Sam spent time with me to figure out what I wanted to be fixed and is willing to resolve any problem(s) if things don’t work out on the first try. Sam was willing to reassess my van when I had some minor issues surface when they had to do a trial and error fix to finally locate the problem. I do think the labor costs are high, and sometimes I feel it’s much higher than they should be. I would still highly recommend this shop because it is worth knowing that they will provide high-quality service. Overall, I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

Jimmy was helpful and they were able to get my car in and get it all taken care of within hours. I didn’t think same day service, at decent price, existed anymore. I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased!

Excellent service quality delivered in short time frame. I rolled up yesterday during a rainy-snow storm without an appointment. My oil light came on unexpectedly so I decided to get that taken care of immediately without calling for an appointment. I was all taken car of and back on the road in less than an hour.

Very professional and went out of way to help

Called, scheduled, drove up, drop key, signed, release, went home, they called, came back , paid, drove great home. ALL in the same day! Yay

Needed several general maintenance issues fixed and Service Street was able to take my vehicle in right away and called me with other issues that they found. Jimmy was prompt, courteous and very professional. Jimmy and the rest of the team got my vehicle running like new and I would recommend Service Street to friends and family. Thanks for all the stellar service!!

Just what I was looking for

Sam and John are great to work with! They are always punctual on their time estimates. The lobby is clean and suitable for working in if you have to wait. They took care of my tires and gave me good advice on how to care for the life of my 4Runner tires better. 10/10 recommend this shop if you're in the area. Always professional and fair.

Affordable, friendly and will not try to force you into doing any extras to your car you do not want to do.

This place is great! I take my Honda’s there and they are honest with tons of experience. I’ve been using this Service Street for 3 years and have always been happy :) great customer service and great price... and did I say HONEST? ;)

Service street has been maintaining my vehicle for about a year now, nothing but great experiences. Service street is very upfront about costs, and does a very good job detailing work that should be done.

Great service and very efficient. I came in during a busy time and Jimmy asked if I could come back later, when I got back they took me in immediately and got everything fixed. Awesome experience!

Guy at the desk was very friendly and personable. As a woman I didn’t feel like they tried to take advantage of me which I appreciated.
