Friendly customer service

I've been to service street several times to fix up some things on my car and they've always done a wonderful job! They are all very nice and get the job done well in a timely manner!

Ed and Del were helpful and Sam always does great work, especially on a late model import (‘86 4Runner)

Got brakes and rotors I bought on Internet installed for $160 so installing BYO parts is ok ... some places won't do that as they put an obscene markup on the parts. They don't quote price ranges over the phone but that's smart as they want to get a real estimate on your car and the wait was pretty quick for an estimate even on a Saturday. They always try to finish the work the same day as well. Fast friendly service ... I'll be back.

They were efficient and friendly.

I am halfway through a great deal on a package of oil changes. They have never tried to sell me something my vehicles did not require. I appreciate that. It is nice to know that if they recommend something it is a legitimate need.

This Place looks huge and beautiful.

Unfortunately my warranty did not cover services outside an official Chevy dealership so I was unable to use this place. But even so, their service was amazing and I feel like I could go to them with anything small uncovered by the warranty.

Anytime I get new tires I like to have an alignment done, they are a great place for this. They also take the time to look at your vehicle and explain anything else they see. I definitely recommend and plan on being back.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. Work was done very quickly and was informed of other possible issues with my vehicle. We were treated extremely well and will gladly go back and refer to other people.

Air conditioning unit was installed 11 months ago, then suddenly stopped working. They verified pressure which seemed a little high, so it was adjusted to the proper level, all is good now, no charge on this visit, thanks!

I had a wheel stud break off at the tire shop next door. Sam got me right in with my oil change and helped with the wheel stud. He communicated extremely well and took great care of me even after having to order the part twice and get it to the shop. HIGHLY recommend this place and I will be coming back with all my vehicles.
